This vacation beach house is cute inside and very clean and cozy but I would not say it has a pool it’s more like an oversized jacuzzi which I need to add is very slippery to enter with no rails to hold onto . The water you are on is an end of a pond which was dried up and full of algae don’t plan on fishing there. Yes you are very close drive to the beach which is nice. This house does come equipped with everyday essentials but we had to purchase hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap and kitchen did not have oven mites to take out anything hot out of the oven. So if you stay may want to take inventory of what you need and bring it just incase. Pictures were quite deceiving. Pool table was hard to play on as the room it is in is small. The outside fire-pit has a leak and was not useable. When leaving trash cans were full making it hard for check out clean up. For the short time we stayed we were able to make it work and had a decent time but anyone who may want to stay for a lengthy amount of time you may want to take some of these things into consideration.
