Wake up to dolphins, manatees, and pelicans with water views from every room in this waterfront retreat on a quiet canal street in Englewood, Florida. Located just off the bay, the home offers the perfect blend of Gulf Coast charm, privacy, and comfort, making it ideal for families, friends, or two couples traveling together.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and is designed for both comfort and convenience. Two oversized bedrooms feature en suite baths. The primary suite has a king Westin Heavenly bed, a soaking tub, and a skylight shower. The downstairs guest suite offers another king bed and private bath. The 3rd bedroom features a bunk with a queen bottom, full XL top, and twin trundle, while a bonus room includes a sofa bed.

Dine in the formal dining room, enjoy 180-degree water views from the upstairs bonus room, or have a poolside meal in the enclosed lanai. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes quality cookware, sharp knives, and an Instant Pot.

Step outside to your private heated pool, surrounded by a low privacy wall that maintains open views while you swim or lounge.

The home features a 70-foot dock and 90-foot seawall with quick access to Lemon Bay. Two single-person fishing kayaks are also available.

Minutes from Englewood Beach, Stump Pass, Blind Pass, and Manasota Key. A short drive brings you to Boca Grande, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and island charm. The home is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.

Spectacular Stay

Amazing and beautiful!

We had an amazing time in the pool and the canal at this lovely house! There was plenty of space for all of us. Host was super accommodating when we needed to add another guest. The shower and the tub in the master bedroom were both amazing! You could absolutely spend your whole vacation just at the house!

This place never disappoints

We had another great experience at this property! It is great proximity to beaches, restaurants and quiet. Being on the canal works great for boating and the pool keeps the kids occupied for hours. The kitchen has everything you need and the garage is stocked with chairs, cooler and toys for the beach. We had a wonderful time at Manatee Mood!

Better than pictured!

The house was amazing! Super clean and incredibly well stocked. There was absolutely nothing at all that we needed. Sarah was very quick & responsive. The outdoor space was great for our family and the pool was a perfect temperature. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do, gorgeous beaches; and the home is located in a very quiet area, with friendly neighbors and beautiful views. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was!

Lovely home to spend your time in when you’re not tarpon fishing!

Overall, I’d have to give this an A+, we did have to have the icemaker worked on while we were there. But my response to that is Sarah was right on everything that needed to be done and was taken care of efficiently, very clean very well stocked with things, you might not think to bring, you can be very very comfortable. Here I would book again, but my plans will be now to avoid the 5% booking fee.

Rent this place!!!!

This place was GREAT! Location is on a quiet dead end on a canal. The house is furnished with solid, comfortable furniture throughout....not that feeling that you were in a makeshift rental. Every room was spacious as well - we had 4 adults and 2 kids and we were not on top of each other at all. Well supplied and super clean. We spent many hours each day in the heated pool. Short drive to beaches in either direction. Convenience store with a deli and breakfast truck within walking distnace, too. Marina close by as well for renting a boat or taking a boat tour. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Amazing vacation!

Great location on the water. We have stayed in many rental houses over the years and this one was probably the most well stocked with everything we needed. There are two really nice beach umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, a good rolling cooler, and shark teeth sifting tools. We spent a ton of time hanging out in the pool. The water was the perfect temperature. It was fun to kayak (two kayaks come with the house) right off the dock. We brought our stand up paddle boards from home and there is a ton of great places to paddle locally. I would totally recommend this place for anyone who needs a lot of space, private pool, and an on the water location. The owners were super responsive and very great to work with. You will not want to leave this house!

We wish we didnt have to leave...

The property was EXACTLY as shown in the photos, down to the beautiful sunsets. This property was perfect for our family so that he older kids had their space and our small children had a place to go to be loud in the mornings. The pool was an absolute hit - kids were in it every day for hours. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. We were blessed to be a couple miles from my in-laws so we had extra hands and their boat could be docked here for easier access. All around this place was quiet, tranquil and exactly what we needed to get out of the cold Michigan winter. We had one concern when we first arrived with the pool and the property owner walked us through things immediately. After that, things were smooth sailing and we cant wait to book again next year!

Wonderful stay at Manatee Mood

We had an amazing month at Manatee Mood. The house is beautiful and in a prime location. We were able to have our 2 dogs and plenty of room for my parents to come and visit. The heated pool was a nice amenity along with the house being stocked with everything we could need. The property owners were great! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again! Family Trip

We had a issue with upstairs ac the day we arrived which took quite awhile to cool off. The owner was quick to resolve. The house was very nice, beds comfortable and pool refreshing. Enjoyed being able to dock our boat behind the house. We were disappointed with the appearance of the yard, the owner explained it was due to not wanting to spray weeds with killer. All in all looking past the yard the trip was enjoyable.

Perfect family vacation!

This house had everything we needed for a great vacation. Canal was easy access to drop the fishing kayaks in and go fish and explore. Pool was Awesome as well. Owner really put a lot of thought into making this a home away from home. A lot more spacious than I imagined. Windows galore to really enjoy the bay! I can’t say enough about how this place was!

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at the Manatee house! We were close to fishing, Boca Grande, excellent restaurants and convenient grocery stores. The house is clean and exactly as presented. We enjoyed the pool and the boat lift. We had a few questions while we were there and Sarah was quick to answer and help us! Perfect host. We would like to visit this property again.
