The "Felipe 2-5" apartment on the second floor is ideally located for a beach holiday in Cala d'Or, Mallorca. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and an air conditioning unit in the living room. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Relax in the shared outdoor area featuring a pool and an open terrace. Pets are not allowed. Street parking is available.
Towels are included. Guests can request a free change of bed linen and towels from the 7th night of their stay. Please note, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Only guests listed in the original booking are permitted in the apartment. If more people than allowed are found, all guests must leave the property without refund.
