Residence al Parco in Malcesine near lake

Small family holiday complex with pool and sun terrace in a fantastic location, just 550 metres from Lake Garda and in the immediate vicinity of the historic town centre of Malcesine and the Monte Baldo panoramic cable car. In addition to a living room/bedroom and a bathroom, all studios also have a balcony or terrace. What your holiday resort has to offer: 14 accommodation units, reception, garden, car park. Air conditioning: will be switched on at the hotel's discretion (approx 20.05.-15.09.) Activities: Shared outdoor pool 112 m² (open from the beginning of May to the end of September), sun loungers, parasol. Near the outdoor pool there is a whirlpool with heated water for free use. In the neighbouring Hotel Alpi you can have lunch or dinner, opening hours: 12:30-13:30 and 19:00-20:00 (entrance times)
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Per il secondo anno consecutivo siamo tornati in questo residence e complessivamente siamo stati soddisfatti. Unica nota che speriamo venga accolta come critica costruttiva da segnalare gli appartamenti un po' trascurati, necessiterebbero di una riammodernata. Per quanto riguarda le dotazioni anche quelle andrebbero riviste ma credo che a volte siano diffettose per l'incuria di altri ospiti. A favore prezzo competitivo (sempre se non si hanno pretese) e posizione praticamente centrale. Stiamo gia valutando di tornare anche il prossimo anno. necessiterebbero

Vacanza tra lago ed ulivi

Sono stati 15 giorni meravigliosi; appartamento spartano ma con l'essenziale. A favore il bagno finestrato e con ampio box doccia, peccato per l'assenza del bidet e dell'aria condizionata. Arredamento datato che andrebbe rinnovato. Posizione tranquilla in mezzo ad un bellissimo parco di ulivi e piante fiorite, allo stesso tempo vicinissima al centro. Possibilità di usufruire della piscina e dalla vasca idromassaggio dell'attiguo hotel Alpi dove abbiamo anche consumato le colazioni (buffett molto ricco). Personale presente disponibile e discreto. La struttura è soprattutto frequentata da clientela tedesca che sicuramente si adegua più facilmente a standard inferiori. Ad ogni modo è stata una buona occasione dato che ho prenotato a novembre scorso e la quota spesa in linea con quanto offerto (spese per le pulizie finali comprese, non vengono forniti asciugamani ne tovagliato; non viene effettuato cambio biancheria da letto a metà soggiorno se non su richiesta e pagando un piccolo extra) Lo consiglio eventualmente per un soggiorno breve, voto 7

Mücken reichlich

Bis auf die zahlreichen Mückenstiche sehr gut. Wenn man zwischendurch im Hotel verzehrt und aufschreiben lässt, immer parallel mitinitiieren um an Ende Fehler des Hotels ( Rechnung zu hoch /zu gering ) zu korrigieren.

Penetranter Geruch nach alten Möbeln

Negatives: - Es riecht in den Zimmern muffig und ungesund nach alten Möbeln - die Einrichtung ist meist noch Original aus den 70ern/80ern und etwas lieblos nüchtern - der Schlafbereich ist eine Umzäunung mit mannshohem Holz, was auf den Bildern nicht gezeigt wird. Integriert in diese sind Schränke und Türen mal nach innen, mal nach außen. Die Betten sind zwei leicht rutschende Stahlgestelle von 80cm Breite mit blauen Matratzen. - 2 Kochplatten, von denen die zweite nicht genutzt werden kann, sobald eine Pfanne auf der größeren steht, alle Töpfe beulen bei Hitze nach untern aus und brauchen entsprechend viel Zeit, um z.B. Wasser zu kochen, Wasserkocher nicht vorhanden - Bad ist Erstausstattung, Abläufe und Hähne meist verrostet. Wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. - Balkon ist recht eng. Zum Schließen der Fensterläden müssen Möbel gerückt werden. Positives: - Ein gemeinsamer Pool für Hotelgäste und Appartmentgäste - wir konnten als Nichtraucher ein anderes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen - Balkon/Terrasse - Lage ist ruhig und nur 200m vom Stadtzentrum entfernt Fazit: Wir brauchten nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne viel Komfort, waren aber durch den Möbelgeruch und die extrem minimale Ausstattung ernüchtert. Die Apartments werden einfach noch zu Ende "abgewohnt".

Praktische FeWo in bester Lage

Die FeWo sind im 70 er Jahre Look, was durchaus Charme hat. Für 1-2 Personen ausreichend Platz und ein schöner Balkon. Nach Malcesine rein, ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal vom Hotel, dass die FeWo betreut ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wünsche und Anmerkungen wurden trotz vieler Göste dort sofort erfüllt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön den fleißigen und netten Mitarbeitern!
