Experience the quiet side of Panama City Beach in our stunning 7th-floor retreat at Pinnacle Port (Midrise B1-708). Nestled in a private, 24/7 gated community on the western edge of the beach, our condo offers a unique double-view experience: the emerald waters of the Gulf to the south and the serene, rare beauty of Lake Powell to the north.

From our 7th-floor balcony, you have a front-row seat to the best sunrises in Florida. Because we are situated next to Camp Helen State Park, the beach is uncrowded, pristine, and perfectly peaceful.

Modern Comfort: Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a spacious living area, and comfortable coastal decor.

Work & Play: High-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet top floor unit make this a perfect "work-from-beach" destination.

Convenience: In-unit washer/dryer so you can pack light and keep the beach towels fresh.

Pinnacle Port is famous for its massive list of amenities. As our guest, you have full access to:

The Pinnacle Grill: No need to leave the pool for a mid-day snack! Visit the poolside grill for a delicious breakfast, fresh lunch options, and ice-cold beverages.

On-Site Coffee Shop: Start your mornings right with a specialty cappuccino, latte, or quick snack before heading to the sand.

Two Swimming Pools: Including one large seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool and a second outdoor pool.

Lake & Sea: Private boat ramp and dock on Lake Powell for kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing.

Sports Galore: 4 tennis courts (and pickleball!), shuffleboard, basketball, and a fitness center.

Relaxation: Men’s and Women’s saunas and community grilling areas for sunset BBQs.

Family Fun: On-site playground and seasonal poolside movies during the summer.


Guest Access

You will have the entire condo to yourself. Check-in is simple and secure via a digital keypad. As a self-managed unit, we pride ourselves on being responsive and providing a personalized experience for our guests.


Other Things to Note

Location: We are just 3 miles from the upscale dining and shopping of 30A (Rosemary Beach) and a short 10-minute drive to Pier Park. We are also nestled within the gated Carillon Beach community with a beach shop, restaurants, and entertainment just a short walk away.

Parking/Registration: Pinnacle Port requires a QR code for gate entry. Keep your eye out for an email with the link to acquire it.

Beach Access: No long walks through hot parking lots! Just take the elevator down and enjoy beach access just a few steps away. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through our on-site beach service during the high season (March - October).

What truly sets our condo apart is the rare "double-water" perspective that only the 7th floor can provide. While most beach rentals offer a single view of the Gulf, our elevation allows you to pivot from the emerald waves of the ocean to the tranquil, mirrored surface of Lake Powell—one of the world's rarest coastal dune lakes.

Because we are located in a private, 24/7 gated community at the very end of the beach, you escape the high-rise "concrete jungle" and the crowded public sands. Here, your neighbors are the dunes of Camp Helen State Park, giving you a level of privacy and natural beauty that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere on the coast.

As a family-owned and managed unit, we don't treat this as a corporate line item. We’ve personally ensured that the "vacation friction" is removed: you have an on-site coffee shop for your morning routine, the Pinnacle Grill for poolside lunch, and a host who is just a text away. You get the luxury of 30A proximity without the 30A price tag or the 30A crowds.
