Apartment (70sqm) on the top floor

The cozy attic has been converted into a 70-square-meter open-concept loft and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a small built-in kitchen, a dining table, a couch, a reading chair, and two double beds built into the roof alcoves. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet is located separately in a sloped ceiling area. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi and a parking space are also available at no cost. Payment terms: Cash or card on site. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The key is held in safekeeping and will be provided shortly before arrival. The guest registration form is located in the apartment; please list all guests. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. The invoice with all details is on the kitchen table in the apartment. Check-out is by 12:00 PM, or by arrangement. A local tax of 1.60 EUR per person aged 16 and older per night is due on-site. For guests aged 01.01.2024, the overnight tax is 2.50 EUR per person per night. A free parking space is located directly to the right of the house.
