A boutique two-bedroom stay on 30A, considered end to end. South-facing with elevated covered balcony views, the only one of its kind in the townhome. King and queen bedrooms, plus a private bunk alcove. 600 thread count Egyptian cotton, Byredo bath, Slim Aarons prints, blackout drapes throughout. Chef's kitchen, full beverage program, Sonos. 2026 Denago golf cart and four custom Heron cruiser bikes. Sleeps six (king, queen, two twin bunks).
Beach Nuts is hosted with attention and discretion. Guests receive a digital guidebook before arrival with check-in details, network information, and curated local recommendations. During the stay, the host is reachable by text and typically responds within minutes. The intention is a seamless experience from booking through check-out, present where helpful and out of the way otherwise.
Prominence sits at a quiet sweet spot on 30A, between Seaside to the west and Rosemary Beach to the east, with the rest of the corridor reachable by golf cart or bike along the 30A path.
The community is built around The Big Chill, a walkable open-air center that anchors daily life. Guests wander over for breakfast, lunch, casual shopping, an early dinner, or live music and movie nights under the outdoor LED screen, which seats hundreds across covered patios and lawn. Sculpt Studio for morning yoga and strength classes, Vivo Spa for massages and facials, Frankie's Bike Shop, Salt Air, a seasonal farmer's market, and a rotating roster of restaurants and boutiques fill out the space.
Two resort-style community pools anchor the north and south sides of the community. The North Pool, the larger of the two and the one heated seasonally, sits steps from Beach Nuts. Both have zero-entry access, expansive decks, and shaded seating, with a generous covered grilling pavilion and dining tables alongside.
The surrounding landscape adds another dimension. Prominence is nearly enclosed by Deer Lake State Park, peaceful and quiet, and sits adjacent to Camp Creek Lake. Two resort-style community pools, one on each side of 30A. Both feature zero-entry access, expansive decks, shaded seating, and hammocks. The North Pool is the larger of the two and is heated seasonally; it sits steps from Beach Nuts. A generous covered outdoor grilling pavilion with full dining tables anchors the pool deck.

The community's open-air town center is a short walk from the door. Restaurants, a gastro pub, boutique shopping, live music most evenings in season, and a large outdoor LED screen for movie nights, concerts, and sporting events. Sculpt Studio for yoga and group fitness, Vivo Spa for massages and facials, Frankie's Bike Shop, and a seasonal farmer's market round out the offering.
Bike Path Access
The 30A multi-use path runs directly through Prominence, connecting to more than seventeen miles of bike and walking trails along the corridor.

Dedicated parking is provided in the unit driveway. Overflow parking is available in Prominence South along Pleasant Street, Clipper Street, and at the North Pool (no overnight parking at the pool).
The Position
Beach Nuts occupies the entire front-facing second floor of a three-unit townhome on the north side of Prominence. The townhome faces south, which means the elevated, private, covered balcony catches the full arc of the day: sunrise with coffee, golden hour with a cocktail, and sheltered evenings when the afternoon rain rolls in through the summer. It is the only covered outdoor living space of its kind in the townhome.
The Bedrooms
The Primary Bedroom features a king bed dressed in 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton, a mulberry silk-wrapped body pillow, and a full pillow stack. Blackout drapes and shades on every window, including directly above the bed, achieve complete darkness at any hour.
The Guest Bedroom is anchored by a queen four-poster, with the same bedding program and the same blackout treatment. A private shiplap Bunk Alcove sits behind blackout linen curtains, with two twin bunks, Mongolian lamb lumbar pillows, down duvets, and pop-out reading lights with charging ports. The room goes fully dark on command, equally suited to early bedtimes or a slow morning after a late evening.

Beach Nuts is one of three units in a townhome on the north side of Prominence. Front-facing, second floor, south-oriented, with elevated views and the only covered balcony in the building. Beach Nuts sits among only a handful of C units in the community with this orientation, which means uninterrupted exposure to both sunrise and sunset from the same outdoor space.
The Fleet
A 2026 six-passenger Denago golf cart, lifted, with custom seats and an LED light bar. Four 2026 Heron Bicycle Company HERO cruiser bikes, custom-built for the coast: aluminum frames, Gates Carbon Drive belts in place of chains (rust- and corrosion-resistant, low-maintenance, quiet), and Heron's signature relaxed riding position. Beach chairs, towels, and the full kit of beach gear, ready to go.
TRANSIT
Beach Nuts is roughly thirty to forty minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) outside Panama City, the closer and more convenient of the two regional options. Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is the alternate, about an hour to the west. Once on-site, most guests rarely move the car. The included six-passenger Denago golf cart and four Heron cruiser bikes connect to the 30A path, which links Prominence to Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and the rest of the corridor.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available and may be requested in advance, though they cannot be guaranteed.
Access
Guests receive a unique keypad code for the smart lock before arrival. No keys, no lockbox. The code is active for the duration of the stay.
Parking in Prominence
Guests should park only in the driveway of Beach Nuts (Unit C). Vehicles parked elsewhere risk being towed.
Overflow parking is available in Prominence South, in the gravel spaces along Pleasant Street and Clipper Street, and at the North Pool. Overnight parking is not permitted at the pool.
Bikes and the golf cart must be parked in the unit driveway or garage.
Golf Cart
The 2026 six-passenger Denago is included at no additional charge. Guest must complete the registration form and deposit to use the cart during their stay. Drivers must be twenty-five or older with a valid driver's license. The cart is street-legal and registered with Walton County. Guests are asked to observe all local traffic laws and posted speed limits.
House Rules
No smoking anywhere on the property, including the balcony. No pets. No parties or events. Community quiet hours are observed; please be considerate of neighbors.
Baby Gear
A pack-and-play with crib sheets and liner is available on request. With advance notice, it will be set up before arrival.
Beach Gear
Beach chairs, towels, and additional gear are stored in the garage and included with the stay. Guests are asked to rinse sand from items before returning them.
