Welcome to your perfect Cape San Blas getaway! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom townhome in Barrier Dunes is fully stocked, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located and just steps from the beach right off your back deck, with peaceful pond views for fishing and relaxing.

The entire upper level is a private King Master Suite, offering a true retreat with its own porch featuring Gulf views, a spacious walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Downstairs, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space with a large leather sectional, flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and easy access to a spacious back deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen and large bar make cooking and gathering easy, and the lower level also includes a cozy queen bedroom and full bathroom.

If you're looking for a great place to stay on Cape San Blas, the Scott's Sabal Sands Vacation Rental, is the perfect place. My family of four had plenty of room, we loved the location in the Barrier Dunes Community, and the layout of the home. The AC was perfect, the beds and the furniture were very comfortable, and the outdoor shower and hose to rinse off, were a nice touch. The townhouse was a straight shot just through the gates. It's close to three ponds that are on the property, and centrally located to both pools. It is a short walk to the beach and very close to the T.H. Stone Memorial State Park, where our family enjoyed visiting, especially on the bay side, where you could walk forever in the bay and only be in a few feet or less of water. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the hosts and they really made us feel at home. Thank you for a very relaxing place to have our vacation. We hope to see you again in the future. Wonderful vacation rental, steps from the beach! The host is very responsive and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze and the rental worked perfectly for our family of 4! It had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was also well stocked and very clean. Check out was easy as well. Neighbors were quiet and respectful and the grounds were well maintained. Highly recommend!
