The condo was a perfect beach getaway! Accurate description and such a great community. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed our coffee on the deck each morning. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a really nice week. This condo was clean, neat, and had all the amenities we needed! It is close enough to the beach and pool and HEY! If you can't get a beach view, it is very peaceful to sit on the balcony with the peaceful view of the pond! Very Nice, Recommended!

Our family of 4, have a wonder experience at this property! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The property was very clean. We felt safe in the community :)A BIG plus- the owners were very kind and easy to work with!!

If you're looking for a great place to stay on Cape San Blas, the Scott's Sabal Sands Vacation Rental, is the perfect place. My family of four had plenty of room, we loved the location in the Barrier Dunes Community, and the layout of the home. The AC was perfect, the beds and the furniture were very comfortable, and the outdoor shower and hose to rinse off, were a nice touch. The townhouse was a straight shot just through the gates. It's close to three ponds that are on the property, and centrally located to both pools. It is a short walk to the beach and very close to the T.H. Stone Memorial State Park, where our family enjoyed visiting, especially on the bay side, where you could walk forever in the bay and only be in a few feet or less of water. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the hosts and they really made us feel at home. Thank you for a very relaxing place to have our vacation. We hope to see you again in the future. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! The owner was incredibly responsive, answered every question we had, and made us feel so welcome. The unit was spotless and exactly as pictured. The renovations are beautiful and truly stand out compared to other units we've stayed in at Barrier Dunes.We ended up getting stuck inside for a few days because of a tropical storm, but the living space was so comfortable and inviting that it made being indoors enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to wait out the weather.We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next trip to the Cape. Highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful experience! We loved the condo and the community. The nearby state park was also a fun way to spend a day. It had everything we needed for our family vacation.

Wonderful vacation rental, steps from the beach! The host is very responsive and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze and the rental worked perfectly for our family of 4! It had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was also well stocked and very clean. Check out was easy as well. Neighbors were quiet and respectful and the grounds were well maintained. Highly recommend!
