Great location, fantastic property. Clean, well furnished. Towels, Toiletries, Kitchen supplies were premium. Great view and beach area was not crowded. Supplied beach furniture was a bonus, but could be upgraded!

We had a great time at Pasando Tiempo! The unit is very large and well stocked! The complex is well kept and provides easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants and amenities.

The room itself was fine, and the property was very quiet, which we appreciated. However, the pool was not cleaned during the five days we were there and definitely needed attention, as there was sand and debris in it the entire time.Our biggest disappointment was the beach and water. The ocean at this location was brown and looked like muddy water rolling in. Someone told us it occasionally clears up, but based on what we saw during our stay, I would be surprised. Had I known this before booking, I would not have chosen the south end location.This was our first trip to the area, and we were very disappointed. We paid extra for an oceanfront room, but that ended up not mattering because the water was so unappealing that getting in it wasn't enjoyable.One additional concern was that the elevator permit displayed in the building appeared to be expired by several months. I am not sure if it had been renewed and simply not updated, but it was noticeable and raised some concerns about maintenance and compliance.Unfortunately, we would not choose this location again.

Lorie, sorry your were disappointed. The pool is cleaned twice/week and it is a community pool. There is not a lot we can do when others fail to use it with care. Although, the pool maintenance folks are always willing to add another visit as necessary. As for the beach and water on the south end of the Cape, it does tend to be a bit more tannic than the north end due to the geography and tides. That said, this area of the beach is HUGE and offers a more peaceful setting, great fishing and wonderful soft sand. I don't think it's less beautiful, it's just a bit different. We hope you will give the Cape another try. If the north end is more appealing, we are happy to assist, but know that Pasando Tiempo is always here if you'd like a quiet, peaceful, clean, stocked, beautiful condo! Be Our Guest!

Great condo

The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything in the kitchen. There was a little problem with the AC, called the owner and they had someone out to fix it very quickly!

A diamond in the Rough....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family loved the condo, it was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The condo provided everything we could possibly want/need!!!! Washer/Dryer were central to the house, plenty of extra pillows/blankets. LOVE and Suggest to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway!

Beach Retreat

Nice quiet property with a beach view and easy access. Very relaxing place to stay walked the beach daily and saw very few people so very private. Property is well maintained and management professional. Highly recommend.

The property was better than we even imagined. Beautiful interior, very clean and well stocked. The communication with the management team was excellent. They saw to our every need. Amazing Stay

Very nice property and well equipped! We were comfortable and felt at home. Bed was comfy, bathrooms were nice. Beautifully decorated.Communication with property manager was quick and pleasant.. The only issue we had could only be controlled by Mother Nature! Bring black/dog fly spray, bc if the wind is blowing from the north they are awful and hurt when they bite! Luckily we only had 2 days of them. I would definitely come and stay at this unit again!

Love the condo

Very nice condo, it felt like home. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and baking. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the deck.
