The apartment "holiday apartment pool views" is located in Roquetas de Mar and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 75 m² holiday apartment on the 2nd floor consists of an open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (with hot and cold air and only in the living room), a washing machine as well as a TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private, spacious balcony with pool views. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious meal. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a children's, is also available for your use. The pools are open from mid May - late September.

The apartment is located in a quiet area between Playa Serena and the marina, close to the beach, with plenty of shops, cafes and bars nearby.

Pros: I came to this appartment with my daughter in early June, on arrival the appartment was spacious, clean,tidy and well equiped. The sleeping arrangements were comfy for us both, and the balcony was lovely overlooking the pool. It is in a quiet,secure location and in easy walking distance to the town and beach. I would book this appartment again, we had a lovely holiday!

Pros: I would recommend the apartment because it is good value for money and very tidy and secure inside. A guy is looking after pool and area every day. Good area for car to park. It is free parking in all over the town. Shopping Centre Gran Plaza is Just 4 km to drive. There is probably best place to shop for food and drinks. Very good beaches just 10 min to walk. I would recommend go straight to the sea and turn to the right. There is a nice beach just after few hundred meters. There isn't air conditioning in apartment (we didn't really needed it) as shown in advertisement. I didn't like the area because the town is surrounded by greenhouses. A lot of greenhouses. Me and my family had very good brake after "good" Dublin weather. :-)

Koopotten waren in schandalige staat (roest) vuil en vettig, we dienden alles eerst af te wassen, voor gebruk. De 2 kookplaten waren een beetje weinig om een maaltijd klaar te maken. Het koffieapparaat was echt geen comfort, diende handmatig koffie op te schenken. Op terras stond een parasol, die was te groot en kon niet worden gebruikt. Algemeen was het keukengedeelte een vuil boel waar echt aandacht moet worden aanbesteed, anders gaan de huurders afhaken. Zelf met al die problemen hebben we er toch een aangename vakantie van proberen te maken, maar ons voornemen om dit app. in de wintermaanden voor 2 maanden te huren dienen wij te laten vallen wegens gebrek aan het zo nodige comfort.

Pros: Hallo lb. Martha, voller bester Eindrücke sind wir gestern abend wieder in unsere Heimat zurückgekehrt u. sind noch voller Freude über die vergangenen 4 Wochen. Ich habe gute Radtouren - auch in die Berge Sierra NEVADAS - machen können und komme auf fast 1000 km Training. Margit hat währenddessen kulturell viel erlebt u. wir haben dann zusammen spät nachmittags noch viel gemeinsam unternehmen können. In Ihrer schönen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, prima geschlafen, gut gekocht (bis auf die Bratpfanne :-) ), und überw. englisch TV geschaut. Auf Ihrer Couch war es sehr bequem und nach ein paar Bier (oder Sangria) suchten wir dann das Schlafzimmer auf und freuten uns auf den nächsten sonnigen Tag. Zuletzt hatte das Thermometer 26 Grad angezeigt - war nicht mehr so windig wie ein paar Tage vorher - wir hätten es gut und gerne noch 1-2 Wochen länger ausgehalten. Aber vielleicht das nächste Mal. Mit Phil bzw. Alex - seinem Mitarbeiter - hatte ich überwiegend telf. Kontakt und hatte gutes Einvernehmen. Insgesamt war es ein guter Service. Pros: Het appartement is in een redelijk nieuw gebouw. In de tijd dat wij er waren was het gebouw grotendeels leeg. Dus daarom rustig. Als alles is bewoond dan moet de herrie erg groot zijn. De muren zijn dun dus je hoort alles wat je buren zeggen. Kwalijk is dat we twee dagen zonder water hebben gezeten met als reden dat de verhuurder de rekening niet had betaald.
