The 1-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. In October/November Imperia hosts the ‘OLIOOLIVA’ festival of oil that exhibits typical local products and of course the oil, and "taggiasche" olives, native to the area.
Near the houses there are shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, all within walking distance as well as markets for zero km products, freshly caught fish or crafts.
Porto Maurizio’s Farmers Market is every Tuesday and Thursday. The Farmers Market in nearby town ‘Oneglia’, every Wednesday and Saturday. Distance to the city centre of Porto Maurizio: 400 mt.
In Imperia, there is a new bicycle path that goes as far as Ospedaletti and another section up to Diano Marina has been opened. Both the Borgo Foce and Borgo Cappuccini beaches are 700 m from the property.
From November 3rd to November 5th there is a new oil fair called "OLIOLIVA" in Imperia. Various food specialties, handcrafted by artisans, are displayed at this festival.
Free parking is available on the property and in a garage.
