The location of this place was fantastic. It’s a very close and easy walk to both the beach and boardwalk, which was extremely convenient for our family. The place also had pretty much everything you could need for a beach stay. We did have an issue with the beach umbrella during our stay, but Patrick was very quick to respond and resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. That said, the accommodations themselves were a bit uncomfortable for my family of four. I’m 6’2”, and the low ceilings and doorways were challenging, with my head scraping the ceilings and door frames in several areas. The bathroom was especially difficult, as everything felt very miniature and cramped. Overall, the living quarters are quite tight for a family of four. There was also an unusual dip in the flooring toward the center of the house that was noticeable throughout the stay. Overall, the location is definitely the biggest highlight, and Patrick was responsive and helpful when an issue came up. However, taller guests or families of four should be aware that the space is quite compact and may not be the most comfortable fit.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach and boardwalk and some of our favorite restaurants Shrimp Box, Spikes Seafood and Graziano's. Also, ice cream was right across the street. Since I am partially disabled the proximity to all these locations was a plus. And our dog Holly enjoyed her walks to the inlet. Patrick was accessible and responded to any questions we had.
