The Villa Val de Rosa is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 137 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite with the master bedroom) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A high chair and a cot are available on request.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, a pool (open the whole year) with an outdoor shower and loungers, an open terrace, a charcoal barbecue and a separate gas barbecue.
Walking/driving distance to nearest bar, cage and restaurant: 250m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest mini-market: 220m.
Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 5.1km.
Walking/driving distance to beach: 9.78km Playa Sancti Petri.
Free parking is available on the property.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. (Please inform the homeowner if you are taking pets with you.)
The homeowners have a cottage/casita at the rear of the property and may do some garden and pool maintenance during your stay, but the guests have exclusive use of the pool and garden.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
