Charming Andalusian House with Panoramic Views – Almuñécar



Experience authentic Andalusian charm in this beautiful house located in the old town of Almuñécar, just steps from the castle and the village’s picturesque streets. Nestled at the highest point, the house is accessed via gently sloping pedestrian lanes, leading you to a retreat full of history and character.



Spread over three floors, the house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, providing space and comfort for up to 5 guests. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, bedroom 2 features a trundle bed ideal for children or guests, and bedroom 3 offers one single bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, TV, and a highchair for little ones.



The true highlight is the private outdoor area: with garden furniture, an open terrace, balcony, and barbecue, you can enjoy 360° panoramic views of the town, beach, and mountains—perfect for sunny breakfasts or dinners under the stars.



The location is excellent: restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets are just a short walk away, and Costa Tropical Beach is only 400 meters from the house, allowing you to combine history, culture, and sun.



Towels and bed linen are included, ensuring a comfortable and complete stay. Pets are not allowed.

Two times we had guests over for barbecue and the well equipped kitchen made it easy for us, to set the perfect and prepare the perfect food for them. The beds are comfortable, the dining room with a view amazing, and the way you and Louisa have handled it all from the booking, the welcoming and then the goodbye, feels safe, professional and we will definitely recommend the house and your kindness to our friends and family.

Pros: We know the area so also know you need a basic level of Spanish to get by here. The property itself is beautiful. Stunning views and great rooms. We would definitely come back. Be aware the property has many stairs and is accessed by steep climbs from the town and beach. We did not mind these at all due to the quality of the accommodation and the proximity to all areas of the town. Fantastic holiday x
