Centrally located within walking distance to Suncadia Social, a vibrant community hub with dining, drinks, and live entertainment.



The main floor features an open kitchen and living area where vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace create an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen comes fully equipped—with everything from a Keurig and toaster oven to a waffle iron and blender—so meals are easy whether you’re cooking a full dinner or preparing a cozy breakfast in. Step out to the heated deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine surrounded by fresh mountain air.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to accommodate both families and groups. The primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and private deck with outdoor seating and a heater. Two additional queen bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, while the top-floor loft includes a sofa with trundle bed and workspace with monitor for remote work. Cascade Corner Chalet is located within Suncadia Resort which is known for its beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

Pre-arrival form and ID verification requested upon booking confirmation.



Non-refundable Credit Card Processing Fee: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% credit card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.



This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information.

Restrictions include:

* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which are reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.

* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
