The two other bedrooms have 2 full beds in one and 2 twins in the other, there is also a double futon in the 1st floor living room. The sandy pail has many amenities including, wireless internet, beach chairs, a baby high chair, a new gas grill, DVD player, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, outside shower, washer and dryer and a wet bar... It even provides linens! The This colorful home is waiting to welcome your family to a classic Virginia Beach vacation. Spend your days sunning and swimming and your evenings relaxing on the deck. This property features new quartz kitchen counter tops and hardwood floors.

**Property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service. Rentals 30 days or more do not include linens**

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent s contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent s advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
