The Space:

Maximum occupancy: 4

Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.



Welcome to the charming mountain condo less than a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort Stagecoach Lodge. Enjoy sunrise serenity and breathtaking views of Carson Valley right in the living room. Savor the beauty of Lake Tahoe sunset from the scenic viewpoint across the street. Take the ski shuttle to Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges in minutes by the parking lot. Need to work remotely? The office space boasts fast WiFi, a computer desk, and an adjustable chair. Your perfect mountain retreat awaits!



Easy access to the building, with only two stair steps, which is rare on the mountain.

Upcoming Community Enhancements:

Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future.
