Please note, Lake Tahoe regulations require that this home be rented for 30 nights or more at a time. The Property:

The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for effortless cooking and gathering, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances, a spacious peninsula with a built-in gas range, and generous counter space for meal prep, appetizers, or morning coffee rituals. The adjoining dining area offers a comfortable place to share meals, play games, or simply linger with good company. The space flows seamlessly into the open living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy the cozy sleeper sofa and 65” TV for movie nights, while staying connected to the kitchen and dining area. A powder room and private washer and dryer on the main level add convenience for longer stays.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms offer restful retreats, each with a queen bed and a calm, welcoming atmosphere after a day exploring Tahoe. One bedroom includes a dedicated desk, offering a quiet space for remote work or planning your day's excursions. The two rooms share a modern bathroom featuring a walk in shower with elegant marble walls, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing the property: From the parking lot to the entry for the home there are 8-10 steps. Entry is on the main level.
– Parking: There is parking for up to 2 vehicles, one in the assigned covered carport and one in the first come, first served parking lot. Please reach out prior to booking if you have a trailer so we can confirm that it will fit in the driveway. If you need additional parking options, please contact us for more information
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads in Lake Tahoe which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required.
