The Space:

Just steps from Lake Tahoe and less than two miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, this lovely condo is ideal for your next lake vacation with someone you love! What could be better than waking up to the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and enjoying your first cup out on the furnished private balcony? You'll love preparing a delicious meal in the kitchenette and dining at the wood table with seating for two. Head out to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand then come back to fire up one of the shared gas grills available during summer months for a fun barbecue with friends. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to research a new adventure or post your best selfies to your social media accounts, and you'll love watching a good DVD movie on the flatscreen TV. Winter guests will enjoy how quickly the gas fireplace warms the condo up after a day on the slopes. There are lots of fun on-site amenities to check out such as the shared hot tub, pool, sauna, and gym, and afterward, you can take the elevator to easily access this second-floor suite.

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The room was old but semi upgraded. It did feel clean. Unfortunately I think they kept the old mattress. It was very used and caved towards the middle. The cable didn’t work and wasn’t fixed. Also we weren’t informed until the evening before check out that we need to take linens off of bed. Not sure that saves housekeeping much time.

Awesome Location and Amenities

We were in South Lake Tahoe for a soccer tournament and stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The room had everything we needed, the pool is great and being able to walk to the lake was so easy. There was plenty of room and a really nice pier with snack shack and tables with fire pits. We were also 5 minutes from the casinos and big hotels where there is so much to do. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe. Can't wait to come back!

Booking went smoothly. The host communicated very well to ensure efficient check-in and comfortable and enjoyable stay. Excellent in every aspect. The property is well kept and located in the heart of S.Lake Tahoe - very very nice!
