Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.



Brimming with Tahoe charm, your one-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a modern open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Water is cold at lake, recommend wet suit.Bonus is swimming pool and jacuzzi and not cold ha.

4th of July.

Property was great, very walkable and nice sand beach, only issue is that the onsite security did not enforce wristbands or parking passes so there were a lot of crashers from the motels across the street causing over crowding.

Excellent location. There’s no A/C just a heads up but fans are provided. The property beach is beautiful and walking distance to activities. The bathroom is on the bottom floor so if you’re sleeping in the loft, the have to go down 2 flights of stairs. Overall we enjoyed ourselves
