There are numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful sandy beach approx. 400 metres away. Marina/fishing port approx. 500 metres away.

Ein sauberes und geräumiges Apartment mit großem Balkon und einem Stellplatz für den Mietwagen. Dicht am touristischen Zentrum für einen abendlichen Bummel und Restaurantbesuch.Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt hier.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved our stay in this very spacious apartment. Have only marked slightly lower due to the intermittent Wi-Fi which effects the smart Tv making it unwatchable and the ability to use iPads, Spotify etc. Lounge window needs curtains to give some privacy and protection from the morning sun. Bedroom needs more drawer space and a mirror for hair styling and makeup etc. Minor things that would not stop us returning.

Modern apartment close to beach and town.

The apartment is new and modern. It is situated on the main road into Puerto de Mogan, a short walk to beach.

Merveilleux appartement

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans l'appartement de Rainer, l'appartement est parfait, tout neuf très propre, décoré avec goût, les meubles sont beaux, la cuisine tout équipée, de la jolie vaisselle, , la literie de très bonne qualité, la déco au goût du jour . Une très jolie et grande terrasse avec de belles chaises longues et une jolie table pour les repas. L'immeuble neuf très propre et joli intérieur et extérieur. Tous se fait à pied, la plage, le port, les boutiques, les restaurants une grande surface spar à 5mn on y trouve tout.Puerto Mogan est une station très agréable. Nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours, Rainer très sympatique et répond à toutes nos questions avec une grande rapidité. Nous remercions Christine qui nous à accueilli avec un grand sourire, nous l'avons appelé en arrivant sur place elle était là à peine 5mn d'attente. Nous recommandons très sincèrement ce logement. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.

Comfortable modern appartment in ideal location

Rainer's accommodation is a comfortable third floor apartment in a newly built small apartment block with a lift. The apartment is spacious and stylist and just like the photos. We found the location to be perfect for us as it Is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the beach and marina. The block has some beautiful and fragrant gardens which are lovingly cared for by Rainer's neighbours, Paul and Murray, who were very helpful with information and advice. Housekeeper Christine lives nearby and was also very helpful and made sure we were well looked after. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return another time.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful brand new apartment in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and marina. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host Rainer is very helpful and responds promptly to any questions.
