Mountain vistas and cozy nights await at this charming 4BR/2.5BA home, located near Heavenly and an array of Lake Tahoe beaches. Newly remodeled, the open-concept common area features a fireplace and a granite-lined kitchen. Quality mattresses await in each bedroom, and a large balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air.



Whether you're visiting during the winter or at the height of summer, this Tahoe getaway is convenient to beautiful beaches and Heavenly ski resort. Arrive at El Dorado Beach in 6.3 miles, and carve fresh powder at Heavenly in under 8 miles.



LIVING AREA



Unwind into vacation mode in the stylish living room. A 50-inch TV comes with a DVD player, and the gas fireplace adds coziness.



KITCHEN & DINING



Channel your inner chef in an expansive kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a roomy French-door refrigerator. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island for two. Gather around a five-person table to share meals.



BED & BATH



On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a twin sofa bed, 42-inch TV, two desks, and a gas fireplace. Find a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth guest room features two twin beds. The guest bathroom on this level has a tub/shower combination, and there's a half bath on the main floor.



OUTDOOR AREA



Take in mountain views from a love seat on the wraparound balcony. A dining table invites alfresco meals, and there's a gas grill in the shaded yard.



Things To Know



Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal.

Perfect spot for our family vacation!

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. The beaches, playgrounds and hiking were close by and easy to get to. The house had everything we needed and the views were spectacular!

This home was had everything we need for a nice quiet family get away. Wonderful hiking trails with water falls and streams near by. We will definitely return to this beautiful home .

Quiet relaxing location

We had a great weekend getaway, good location, good space & lay out of the house. They have all you need in the kitchen, the house can use some redecorating and small upgrades (patio furniture, beds, carpet & dining table), other than that it was clean & cozy, so we will be returning to this beautiful vacay home.

It was a great location, near nice beaches. we had a party of six and the four bedrooms was perfect. the neighborhood is very quiet. We forgot one of our bags there and Vacasa and the housekeeping crew had it for us when I called. Very nice people!

Family Friendly South Lake Tahoe

What a gorgeous area for a family vacation! The house was centrally located in a pretty neighborhood. Lake Tahoe was amazing and highly recommend taking Emerald Bay boat tour. So many eateries, bike and boat rentals. The Vacasa team was in constant contact and always quick to respond. Very professional and accommodating.

Tahoe get-away

Beautiful location with outstanding expansive views. Home was comfortable and functional with fully stocked kitchen. Would have really appreciated early check-in which was mentioned on booking. I suggest you don't mention it if it is not actually a possibility. Home was very clean with the exception of the carpet in bedrooms and on stairs. With a toddler this was a bit concerning. Thank you for sharing this home with us.

When we arrived, there was an alcoholic drink on the window sill. There were dirty towels. Hair strands on the beds. I spoke with the representative already and provided my feedback.
