The Space:

This is a fantastic getaway for an individual or a couple of outdoor enthusiasts. This studio is centrally located in Park City and only a half mile from Park City Resort. Whether you're planning to ski, snowboard, hike, or explore the many charms of town, you'll love coming home to the outdoor hot tub. (The hot tub is shared with another vacation rental that may be occupied during your stay.) This charming studio offers a fully equipped kitchen with windows on three sides, allowing for plenty of natural sunlight.



You can easily reach the Park City Mountain base area (less than half a mile west), Historic Main Street (half a mile south), and the Rail Trail (half a mile north) by walking or by taking the citywide shuttle (a stop is located just steps away). You'll also be only 500 feet from City Park, and within walking distance of the skateboard park, baseball fields, a children’s play area, and a gazebo. On sunny days, enjoy walking to Old Town Park City via the City Park walking the path alongside the creek.

Probably the best stocked Vrbo we've ever been at. It's not big, but perfect for a couple. Great location and a huge modern bathroom. Walkable to downtown area or easy to grab a bus. Highly recommend if in Park City.

Nice Studio in Park City

Nice place, great for a couple, walk to Park City in 5 min. Note the hot tub is not private, but shared with other condo.

Nice Unit But Little Problems

Good: 1) Room is nice though toilet is in the bathroom which is in the closet. 2) Private garage is convenient 3) Location is a 10-15 minute walk to the Park City base for skiing 4) Location is a 10 minute walk to main street restaurants 5) Nicely set up condo, couch, blankets etc... 6) Hot tubs literally right outside the back door. VERY convenient. Not So Good 1) Room was supposed to have starter coffee set up for our night arrival (next morning coffee) and didn't. 2) Garage code stopped working for 24 hours and the code opened the wrong unit's door when it did work. Never fixed. 3) 1 of the hot tubs didn't keep temperature. 4) Garage door opening VERY narrow. 5) Ice maker takes 48 hours to make ice as it's part of the fridge, not a separate freezer 6) Previous renters coffee grinds in coffee maker on arrival. Wasn't cleaned. 7) Bowls and silverware put away in cabinets were dirty. Never cleaned or checked. 8) Wyndham mgmt is very hands off based on some of the above items.
