My wife, dog, and I stayed for a week to enjoy the fall color, hike, and mountain bike. Great location. We enjoyed the hot tub, wood burning stove, and cozy house. Great hosts. This is our 3rd time to stay here and plan to be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Park City. The hosts are incredible and the location is perfect! We walked to everything downtown and old town because it’s in a fabulous location. Highly recommend this property!

Adorable house, comfortable beds, beautiful yard, friendly hosts, welcoming to my dogs. Home is convenient to shopping, restaurants & art market. Very nice neighborhood. Home is bigger than it appears in photos. Hosts accommodating to our needs. I love that the neighborhood was quiet. My dogs are tiny so I watched them carefully in yard, as they could easily walk out of backyard to neighbors. I taught them to stay away from the opening on my command. I loved the thick curtains making it easy to make the room dark for sleep. I loved the art all over & special touches. Quality furniture. A perfect spot. We will return! My only wish is that 2nd bedroom had a queen bed instead of 2 twins. But I understand why it is set up this way to accommodate those with kids. For 2 adult friends traveling, this is a bit awkward.

Location, Location, Location

We love to come to Park City in the summer. We decided last minute to come over July 4th and this place was available. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We brought our two dogs and loved walking around with and the outdoor space was perfect! Close walk to Main Street. We came in on Thursday and never once moved our truck; everything was just right there. The hosts are wonderful. Available if you need them and communications before the stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Park City Charm

The location and house were perfect. John and Cherie have an absolute gem of a home in the heart of PC. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay or more comfortable home for our family.

Second Time as Good as the First

This was our second time at this property, and it was as good as, if not better than (if that's even possible), our first. The owners, location, condition, etc., of the house are all . A first class. It is a snowball's throw from the town lift, High West, downtown, etc. Perfect for a family ski trip.

Great location, beautiful and historic house

Everything was great, I would recommend and stay again. The hosts were very nice, they gave us a quick helpful orientation and were responsive to any questions we had. The location was close to town amenities, and you can access the Town lift or walk 10 minutes to Park City Mountain base. The hot tub was on point and used often. The beds are comfy, the towels and linens are good quality. 2nd bedroom is a bit small but totally fine for 2 college-aged kids. Great stay all around.

Perfect Park City Location

This historic home was perfect for my family of 4. Easy walk to the slope/town lift about a block away. We enjoyed the hot tub and cozy fire in the evenings. Close, quick walk to town and restaurants. The home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were fantastic and we appreciated their recommendations. Hope to come back someday!

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay! This house was perfect for our family. It was a quick walk and ski down to the park city lift and easy access getting off the slopes. It was also a short walk to Main Street for dinner and shopping. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The hot tub was great! The property owner was super helpful and a great communicator. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing home and location!

Highly, highly recommend staying here. Worth every penny! You could not ask for a more perfect location in park city. Owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, home was clean and a dream, loved the historical home component (decorated SO cute inside and out), and had every amenity you could need! Lovely stay!

Great location! Steps from Mainstreet and amazing back yard

Enjoyed our stay, great location just a few minutes from the best restaurants. Great back yard to relax, take a coffee, and dip into the hot tub.

Perfect In Every Way

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We were in town for a family reunion and this house fit the bill. From the moment we booked the property until check out day , everything was seamless. Location location location! 2 blocks from downtown , a local dog park and activities was perfect ! The house is extremely dog friendly and close to walking/hiking trails which was a huge bonus for our 2 Aussies. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed . The hosts were attentive and it’s obvious they truly take pride in their home. Don’t hesitate, book this property.

Great place to stay

Our 4 nite stay was wonderful. The house was super clean and had everything we needed . The location is a bonus as you can walk out the door straight to the ski lift and a short nice walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Hosts are very accommodating and helpful with questions I had before my arrival. Love the artwork on the walls and the history of the house :) I would stay here every time I’m in Park City.

Perfect Park City cottage

Everything about this charming cottage was perfect for the two of us. Ideal location right near historic Main St and the town lift. Creatively decorated, well stocked, spotlessly clean. The owners, Cherie and John, were quick to answer questions and provide assistance. They even helped us secure a tough-to-get dinner reservation. Can't wait to return.

Nails the Essentials

Our hosts have done a fantastic job maintaining the rustic charm of this historic home while updating all of the critical essentials that make a ski weekend with friends so comfortable. This home is an easy walk to the Town Lift, restaurants, and the Mountainside Village. All of it - as ideal as it gets. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
