Additional Notes:

-Low-clearance vehicles are not recommended for access to this home.

-The bunk beds are intended for youth and have a 200-pound weight limit for safety.

-The wood burning fireplace in the living room is NOT available for use.

-There is no incidental camping permitted at the Short-term rental which means no overnight camping, sleeping in tents, travel trailers, or recreation vehicles parked on the short-term rental -property.

-Due to the hazard of wild animals, no trash or recycling can be left outdoors. Please place trash and recycling in the proper dumpsters as soon as possible. Please observe recycling protocols.

-Dogs are prohibited in the Town of Brighton and Big Cottonwood Canyon (where the resort is located) to protect the drinking water supply for the Salt Lake Valley.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
