NOW RENTING THE WHOLE HOUSE (minus studio)! We are starting our third year renting the amazing Milly Slopeside. The first winter the owners tested the waters by renting the whole house for limited dates when traveling themselves. Last winter, they rented only their small studio apartment while they lived in the upstairs main house. This year, they have decided to turn the main house over for rentals ALL year. The studio will be locked off for owner storage and occasional use. Refurnishing and luxury updates (SWIM SPA, MASSAGE CHAIR, ARCADE CONSOLE! ) are underway to make this our flagship vacation home! With the main house now available for year round rental, this is your chance to stay in a one of a kind property! Set near Milly Express Lift at Brighton Resort, Milly Slopeside offers spacious accommodations, ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom, and inviting gathering areas designed for families and groups traveling together.

This luxury four-bedroom mountain home accommodates up to 14 guests and features multiple king beds, a bunk room, an open kitchen and living area, a wood-burning fireplace, and generous indoor and outdoor dining space. With thoughtful amenities and convenient mountain access, it provides a comfortable setting for a memorable Big Cottonwood Canyon stay.

Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
*Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
*Winter check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Arriving within this window allows our team to guide you to the home and reduces the likelihood of encountering unplowed neighborhood roads during active snowfall.
*Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Rideshare vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.
*The home can accommodate a maximum of four guest vehicles.

Winter Guided Arrival
A Cottonwood Lodging team member will meet you along the main road and guide you to the property for all winter arrivals.
This process helps prevent guests from becoming lost or stuck on neighborhood roads and supports our positive relationship with nearby residents. Please do not attempt to reach the home without assistance, even if you have stayed at the property before.

Please communicate your expected arrival time with Cottonwood Lodging in advance so a team member can meet you between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Important Property Note
The owners have a separate studio in the basement. The studio has its own entrance, separate garage/parking area, and living space and is completely separate from the guest portion of the home.

The open kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, appliances, and the essentials needed to prepare meals for a large group.

- Second refrigerator

- Six counter seats
- Pass-through window connecting the kitchen to the deck

Dining Area
The long dining table seats up to 10 guests.
Six additional seats are available at the kitchen counter, providing room for shared meals, games, and conversation.

Additional Lounge
A separate lounge area is located just off the kitchen and provides another comfortable place to relax away from the main living room.

Downstairs King Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom includes:
- Two king beds
- Private ensuite bathroom
This spacious room provides flexible accommodations for families, couples, or guests sharing a bedroom.

Upstairs Primary Suite
The primary suite features:
- King bed
- Private ensuite bathroom
- Soaking tub
- Separate shower

Upstairs Bunk and Queen Bedroom
This bedroom includes:
- One full-over-full bunk bed
- One queen bed
- Private ensuite bathroom
This shared sleeping space works well for families, children, or group members who prefer multiple beds in one room.

Upstairs Double King Bedroom
The final upstairs bedroom includes:
- Two king beds
- Private ensuite bathroom

Bathrooms
Each of the four bedrooms has its own private full bathroom.
An additional full bathroom with a shower is located off the main-level common area, providing added convenience for larger groups.

Deck and Outdoor Cooking
The deck off the kitchen includes:
- Blackstone griddle
- Outdoor grill
- Pass-through window from the kitchen
The pass-through window makes it easy to prepare and serve meals while keeping the indoor and outdoor cooking areas connected.

Swim Spa
The private swim spa combines the comfort of a luxury hot tub with the option to activate a continuous current for swimming or water exercise.
Guests can relax in the heated water after a day in the mountains or turn on the current for a more active experience. Please follow all posted operating and safety instructions during use.

Brighton Resort Access
Milly Slopeside is located near the ski access to Milly Express Lift at Brighton Resort, just a few minutes' walk away.
The convenient location makes it easy to reach the slopes and return home for meals, extra layers, forgotten gear, or a break during the day.
Walking times and access conditions may vary depending on snowfall, weather, resort operations, and individual mobility.
