The Space:

Colorful artwork and comfortable furnishings set this beautiful townhome apart from the rest, plus it is a phenomenal value for large families and groups. Just around the corner is the Park City MARC, a fee-based facility offering indoor tennis, basketball, a fitness center, a hot tub, and a pool. This location is ideal, within two miles of Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street, home of the Egyptian Theatre, multiple restaurants, and year-round activities. This vacation rental is also within easy walking distance of the free citywide shuttle stop to take you to the local resorts. After a day at Park City Mountain Resort, take a soothing soak in your private hot tub on the large deck.



This multi-level townhome has many added touches to bring cheer and happiness to your entire group. It has a full kitchen, gas grill, TVs, gas fireplace, and garage parking. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning.

Great place to stay with a family!

We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Park City, but just a little away from the fray! Very convenient.

Great for Park City Ski Trip

Property as listed. Bedrooms and baths were fantastic. Loved the Hot Tub, Fireplace and Kitchen.Location was nice - about 10 minutes to Canyons or Park City base.Would definitely stay again

Great Stay in Park City

Excellent property, excellent location! Literally steps away from the Park City Community Rec Center (amazing place). Condo was as advertised. Property manager’s communication was excellent, would definitely return.

Comfortable stay

Everything u need is available at this home and in close proximity to everything. Only complaint is difficult to contact anyone if you need assistance.

Great Time In Park City

This was our second stay at this unit, and it did not disappoint. Pictures and cleanliness are as advertised. Our local interactions with the property manager were outstanding. This property is ideally located and very quiet. We will be back next year.

Great townhouse

Plenty of space, full baths on all three bedrooms plus additional full bath ground floor could have been used if four couples Canyons no traffic morning or evening We will be back hopefully same spot will be available! This is best spot in last 5 years here

Great stay, highly recommend

This property was perfect for our family gathering. It’s cozy, clean, and has a homey feel. It is a close drive to the Main Street in park city. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom which was ideal. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. The sink disposal wasn’t working for us and she was able to get someone out to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend if you are traveling to park city!

Close to everything

This was a great property with ample space for my group. We skied every day and had no problem getting to the mountain. This condo is close to everything and the roads are kept clear at all times. As a huge bonus it has a garage so our vehicle stayed ice free! The hot tub was great and maintained good temperature. Cant wait to come back.

Very clean & perfect for us.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Great location. Everything we needed. The only critical thing there is to day is yhat the fireplace didn't work as stated but it wasn't worth the hassle of a phone call to management services.

Great weekend!

Brought my daughters for a weekend. They loved having their own bathrooms and most of all the hot tub! Staff was attentive but left us alone (in a good way.) The amount of communication was perfect. The house was spotless. Everything worked. We will be coming back!

Overall easy stay. Communications were a bit off between me and Vbro and Vacasa. When I communicated with one the other was not privy to the conversation.

Great Park City Stay

We love the Park Meadows area. Quiet and still close to skiing at Deer Valley and Park City. Close as well to downtown restaurants. The unit was perfect for our group of five. Very clean and well decorated. Hot tub was used daily. Only minor issue was the BBQ grill. Half of the burners were rusted and did not work. No worries though. Will return to stay at the unit if available.

Needs updating

Kitchen was very disorganized. Broken microwave sitting on the bench as you walk in. Had to buy a coffee maker because the two in the unit were broken. Needs a new couch or at least a really good cleaning. Had to ask for garage door opener . Location was great.

Wonderful stay!

We were all incredibly impressed with this property! Location, amenities, cleanliness, all 5 stars!! They truly thought of everything! My only note, for future travelers, (because I ALWAYS read reviews), is that the mattresses are in serious need of replacing. All in our party said that they woke with neck and back aches. I really hate to say that,because otherwise, this rental was absolutely amazing!!!! Perhaps a couple of “bed in a box” mattresses could make this place the best place I ever stayed?! The hot tub was a wonderful addition as well! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation with family 😀

Park Meadows Condo

A great deck off the living room for entertainment or hot tub time with young children. Nice finishes in the 3.5 baths with a soaking tub in the master. Open kitchen -living area on the main floor. Recreation center and bus stop a short walk from the condo. Easy check-in and check-out through vacasa. Only a few minor concerns: back screen door screen was quite worn and pulled away from it's framing; soaking tub drain needed tightening as it drained when closed; and entry way shrubs needed to be clipped back. Aside from these minor issues the place was a joy for us--4 adults and 2 younger children. 11 days in the condo results in a very high recommendation.

Well Stocked Stay for Family Trip

This location was great for our family since we had 6 guests. The rooms were spacious for all of our ski clothes and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. They had spices and olive oil as well for easy cooking and saved you from having to go buy anything. The hot tub was great, we enjoyed this multiple nights since it was right outside our door and they had cleared the deck off for us. The location worked out well since it was between main street and Deer Valley where we were skiing. Easy check in and easy check out.

Racquet Club Segura Ct rental

This property needs an owner overhaul, replacing the recliner and most of the kitchen pots and pans. The most important update would be adding a railing to get in the front door. There is nothing to hold on to. Other than those two notes, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure, very nice deck with evening shade, gas stove, big televisions……all good.

Great stay

This place was perfect for our family with 4 full bathrooms and plenty of space for the kids and adults. It was really central and quick to get to the grocery store and Park City and Deer Valley mountains. It had plenty of cooking supplies which was great.
