The Space:

Located in the ski town of Park City, this family-friendly home away is perfect for your next exciting getaway! The attached two-car garage will keep your cars ready to go on colder days, while the gas fireplace will warm your group back up after a day outdoors. You’ll find a full-size dining table for meals, but as a plus, check out the cushioned breakfast nook conveniently placed by the kitchen windows - owners really tried to make this retreat as comfortable and convenient as they could! The living area is just the right place to unwind after a long, fun-filled day visiting the city; kick back on one of the comfortable sofas available and share some laughs as you all watch a funny movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV.



What’s nearby:

The citywide shuttle route is located just steps away, giving you access to the resort base in addition to the greater Park City area. The local coffee shop sits right across the street inside the library. Behind the townhome is the City Park, with the skateboard park, baseball fields, children’s play area, and gazebo. Heading to Main Street? Take a walk on the City Park walking the path alongside the city creek to Old Town. The famous and praised Park City Mountain Resort is a stone's throw from your vacation rental, so you might as well pay it a visit and take advantage of its fun activities that include skiing, snowboarding, gondola rides, hiking, and more!

Great location. Short walk to park city mountain. Bus stop a few steps away. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. 2 car garage great to have since it snowed most of our visit.

There was a mix up on our arrival it was now ready until around 7:00 rather than 4:00

We loved the house and location! Everything was great after our check in delay. (A door on the master bathroom would have been nice)

Solid town rental

Solid property, very good for family given open floorplan on ground floor and 2 large bedrooms plus bunk on second floor. Nice furniture/kitchen/bedrooms and apparently recently done and quite nice bathrooms. Excellent location. Biggest downside was lack of/poor quality living accessories like basic condiments/spices, cooking accessories (foil, wrap, plastic bags, etc.), limited cleaning products, industrial toilet paper, so on.

The location of the house is fantastic. You are an easy walk to Main Street, very close to the biking trails, and you basically share a parking lot with some sports fields and a playground. If you have children, or if you just want to be able to quickly access Main Street, I can't imagine finding a better location. The house itself is ok... It looks beautiful inside. The bathrooms look beautiful, etc. The couch is very small and almost feels like a couch that is used to stage a home when it's for sale, and the living room area is very tight. The showers are terrible -- they look beautiful, but the water pressure almost makes the showers unusable. This is probably more of a Utah/Park City issue, but the temperatures were high-80/low-90 degrees, and even with the windows open, sleeping was uncomfortable (i.e., no A/C). If you don't plan on spending much time in the house, then it's ideal. If you're going to be hanging around the house, then I would hope your party is small.

Linda casa pero con serios problemas

La casa es muy cómoda y bien ubicada pero tuvimos un grave problema con una fuga de gas en la cocina, la cual no fue reparada durante nuestra estancia. Fue muy difícil comunicarnos con los administradores. perdimos mucho tiempo y finalmente, vinieron 3 veces y no lo repararon, cortaron el gas y nos quedamos sin cocina. Tuvimos que dormir con todas las ventanas abiertas, No recibimos ninguna explicación ni indemnización por las molestias y por lo peligroso de lo ocurrido.

Park City Summer Getaway

The property is located in the center of Park City, close to restaurants, lounges and Park City golf club. A couple of issues we've had during the stay: both showers had low water pressure and whacky temperature controls. Wifi is in and out upstairs.

Perfect Summer Retreat

The house was spotless, and exactly as advertised. The decor was beautiful, making it comfortable and relaxing. Its within walking distance to downtown, making it the perfect location. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to explore Park City.

Great place

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful home perfect for my family. Really clean/modern feel, the location is perfect. Less than 5’ drive to the PC mountain resort parking lot, close to Main Street. Couldn’t have picked a better place. This is the third time to park city, and this is the best place we stayed at! Definitely will try and book this place next time!

Really enjoyed the stay, so convenient (walkable up a set of stairs!) to Park City Mountain, free bus system, and Main St. The property itself is perfectly appointed: modern, charming, well-cared for. The two car garage is a “plus” for ski/snowboard equipment. Highly recommend, we’ll return.

Great place close to deer valley and park city

Wonderful stay. Very close to everything you need. The twin bed mattresses were a little thin. As an adult sleeping on them they weren’t the most comfortable but I’ve slept in worse. Kids/teens should have no problem. The house is otherwise perfect.

Alpine Retreat #3 is the Best

This condo was very nice and very well located. The only downfall is that there is no air conditioning in the condo. We were there on the hottest weekend of the year. The main level was comfortable but the bedrooms were very hot.
