The Space:

Conveniently located on a quiet street in a sought-after neighborhood in Park City, this lovely, single-family home offers nothing but the perfect space to create everlasting memories with your loved ones! Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate this home's wonderful location right across the street from Canyons Resort with direct access to Matt Knoop park, the trail system, mountain biking, skiing, and skate skiing in winter. You are also within walking distance of a handful of great convenience stores in case you forgot to buy groceries.



You will be impressed by the home's back patio with a gorgeous hot tub - this is the perfect spot for relaxing! Inside, this spacious, air-conditioned home is all about comfort and entertainment. On the subject of entertainment, wind down in the large theater room downstairs, complete with a 120' 4K screen and projector to watch your favorite movies. The group chef will adore the grand eat-in kitchen with counter bar seating and new stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Right next to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a gorgeous dining table that is perfect for family meals and board game action. Head down a short flight of stairs to find a game room-like living area with a beautiful fireplace, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, and a huge smart TV with streaming options. A comfortable lofted living room upstairs features another smart TV for your peaceful lounging. The TVs all offer access to YouTube TV as well, giving you constant access to live TV during your stay. This home features a washer/dryer downstairs for your laundry needs too.

Great mountain escape for the family

Loved the renovated interior of the home, with lots of room for the family and a couple guests. Large garage was an added plus to keep the Suburban free of morning frost. Landscaping could use some work, but would never know in the winter months when covered with snow.

Fun stay close to Park City

We enjoyed our stay, the communication was clear and super easy check in experience. The space was great everyone had their own space but could convene in the common areas where we enjoyed sitting at the big dining table for meals and playing foosball and shuffle board (we did notice the foosball table is set up a bit incorrectly when someone assembled it so it was quite a fun challenge to try and play a bit backwards). The house was dog friendly with a great backyard all fenced in. Would recommend to friends or to family for a group trip.

Lovely Park City Stay

Loved this house! Everything was great. One thing the owners really need to do is invest in new windows and window screens. Couldn’t get some of the windows open for fresh air. They are very old. When we could open a window, there wasn’t a screen or the screen was bent or ripped. Other than that, the house was clean and decorated nicely and very enjoyable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.
