Wake up every single day to unobstructed views of the mountains over Park City Golf Course at this convenient one-bedroom condo! This mountain retreat is ideal for a romantic escapade, a solo ski trip, or a thrilling adventure with your best friend. Enjoy mouth-watering barbecues out in the patio using the gas grill available; you can choose to dine indoors, but the most scenic meals will surely take place at the outdoor dining area. Then, make it over to the recliner, turn on the flatscreen TV, and get ready to spend a cozy afternoon at home streaming your favorite content. The gas fireplace will be your best friend during chilly days. If true relaxation is what you're going after, then make sure to visit the shared hot tub available for a soothing dip. And if you're traveling during warm months, the shared outdoor pool will be just ideal. This pool can be heated in winter too.



What's nearby:

You'll be sitting on the 18th fairway of Park City Golf course with marvelous views of King Kong ski runs. Dining options surround you, so you shouldn't have a problem finding something to eat while in a hurry. Just a short half-mile walk is the renowned Park City Mountain Resort featuring jaw-dropping slopes for every level of skier and plenty of chairlifts that will take you everywhere you would like to go. You can also walk to the city-wide bus pick up area and take the bus to Park City Mountain Resort in less than a minute. Walk across the street to gather your groceries if you were planning on staying home most of the time.

Convenient Location - Perfect for a Couple

Great location with easy access to the main bus routes. You could easily get by without a car here. Had everything you need to stay in and cook if you prefer.

Quick ski trip - good location!

The unit is great for a 2 person stay in Park City. Close to food and resort. The pictures were accurate and the update was good. Our only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress and pillows which definitely should be replaced. Also, the old scratched up plastic plates should be replaced with some decent stoneware which isn't expensive but would leave a much better impression.

Better than Expected!

The views and and the location are why we booked - and those expectations were absolutely met. Here is some pleasant surprises: 1. the fireplace controlled by thermo 2. heated pool and hotub was very nice 3. heated bathroom tile floors! 4. shower was very nice with plenty of hot water and great pressure Will stay again, highly recommend.

Great location but mediocre stay

Townhouse was walking distance to shopping and a walk the bus stop and short uber to the mountain or Main Street. There are no instructions in the townhouse itself, nothing to tell you where the pool is how to work the fireplace where the laundry is. The bed mattress needs to be replaced, you roll into the middle, and there’s no plugs in the bedroom.

Beautiful condo and view

We loved our stay here in Park City. The condo is a two minute drive from the Park City Ski Area, grocery store right across the street, and many restaurants and shopping on Main Street. Very easy to get to from SLC. The condo had everything we needed for cooking meals, extra towels for the outdoor jacuzzi and pool near the main office (heated all winter! You’ll want to drive there, not walk). Bed was comfortable, and we loved the cozy fireplace for warming up and drying ski clothes. Covered parking was great for the snowy week we had! We’d love to come back and stay here again.

Older property

The unit is older and feels like a cave. Vacasa did not support us when asked to help with regular TV. Also the shower head needs replacement. The throw pillows need replacement and the dining table is sparse. The location is great; close to a nice grocery store, pharmacy and within walking distance of a ski area and historic Park City. It would be helpful to have instructions and helpful tips about the condo and surrounding area; i.e. the ski shuttle picks up right across the way.

Amazing condo!!

This condo is nicely updated and in an AMAZING location. It’s in walking distance to several chair lifts at Park city resort. The condo looks back onto the golf course, and in the winter there were cross country skiers cruising by occasionally, but otherwise we had an uninterrupted beautiful view of the snowy mountain. The grocery store was right across the street, so it was easy to walk and grab supplies for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, utensils, and some nice glassware. The smart TV and giant cabinet full of books and games were great for cozy evenings, relaxing by the fireplace. The pool/sauna/hot tub was clutch after long days of skiing. We will definitely be back, and would love to stay here again! Hoping to come in the summer as well, because the neighbors showed us multiple access points for hiking right out the back of the condo. And of course, maybe some golf! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great after son figured out why the door wouldn’t shut completely due to so much pressure with glass door. Left glad storm door open & all was great.

Retreat

We had a great visit to Park City. This nice one bedroom condo was perfect for the two of us. The amenities were perfect! We chose to cook dinner one night and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to several different hikes we chose, and getting to Main Street was effortless.

Quiet, convenient location

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo. It works out great for the things we like to do - hike, bike & golf. Parking in the carport is tight with our full-size truck but doable. Wish it had laundry in the unit but the shared laundry is not bad and only $2 for washer and $2 for dryer. Unit is very nice, no real complaints except it would be nicer to be able to communicate directly with the owner at times. Will hopefully stay again.

Perfect home for a perfect little getaway!

My husband and I got away for a little anniversary getaway. This condo was perfect! Just enough room for the two of us. You can't beat the view out of the back balcony! There is a full kitchen along with all the cooking utensils, dishes, glasses you could possibly need. Plenty of towels for our stay and pool towels. Getting to the condo was easy as well. It is right off the main road in Park City with lots of things within walking distance, should you forget something. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to this home!
