This Newport vacation rental is the perfect choice for your next escape to the Oregon Coast. It is located in the desirable Nye Beach district where you will find plenty to see and do. Inside, this rental features a full kitchen and a comfortable living area with a large, flatscreen TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows.



What's nearby:

Enjoy beach access at Don Davis Park, just a few blocks from your front door where you can spend days exploring the coast. Nearby shops, restaurants, art galleries, and unique boutiques are also within easy walking distance. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Newport Bayfront are all a short drive to the south, and just north, you'll find the incredible Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse.

Lovely little place to stay! Well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable. Only removed a star because there is no way to close curtains in the main area of the house with a deck that is used as a walkway to the second unit that runs immediately in front of the windows. People walking by can look right in and there is a light on all night that shines on the walkway. Would be great to add some curtains that give more privacy from neighbors in attached unit walking by late in the evening.

Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Only thing missing in the kitchen imo is a waffle maker.The bathroom could use some maintenance but it is clean and spacious with a tub for bathing littles. The washer and dryer provide a little extra counter space if you need it. I visited the property with four 15yr old girls. We needed the extra counter space. I wish the blue curtains in the living room were wider to close completely at night but I used a blanket in the house to drape over the sheer curtains to provide the privacy I wanted at night then took it down during the day to allow the sheer curtains to do their job. The property is a SHORT walk to the beach. Downhill TO THE BEACH. UPHILL from the beach. There are cute shops between you and the beach to shop for beach gifts and or meals if you don’t feel like cooking. The home is pet allowed and I worried there would be evidence of prior pets. I was pleasantly surprised there is not. Credit to the cleaning team!They provide dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Check out cleaning is simple. Strip the beds and start the dishwasher. I greatly appreciated the broom to sweep up the sand from our daily visits to the beach!I also appreciated the property layout . It seems the kitchens and bathrooms share a wall. This minimizes neighbor noise.The 5 of us had an amazing visit! I felt safe and secure with my 4 girls and had the basics for an enjoyable visit.
