The house was fantastic for our group. It smelled a little stuffy/musty when we arrived, but other than that was very clean.

This was a wonderful full day for my wife and I and our three kids! The house is nice and modern, the hot tub is big! The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had! Definitely a family friendly place to stay and walking distance to the pool and village!

House itself was great, super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The garage had lots of extras (ping pong, cornhole, more). There were several bikes, but only two of them were rideable, the rest were in poor shape. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

This property is great for families. We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 3. The kitchen was spacious, beds comfortable and the washer and dryer a great help. The bikes were older and heavy so we elected to rent. Smoke rolled in and about the same time, one of our party became quite ill so it was necessary to leave early. The property managers were alerted to this. Their response was less than satisfactory. We will not choose Avari properties for future stays.

Thank you, Cheryl, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that the property worked well for your family, especially the spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. It sounds like you had a lovely time together, and we appreciate you highlighting those aspects. We’re truly sorry to learn about the smoke and the illness that cut your stay short. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how disappointing it must have been. We strive to provide attentive support, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our communication and response in the future. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance down the line. We’re committed to ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience, and we’d love the opportunity to show you that.

Small but mighty and close to SHARC

While the house is much smaller than we realized, it was still a good fit for our size group (7 ppl, 4 adults and 3 kids). It's within walking distance of the SHARC which the kids loved and the hot tub and back deck area were great for alfresco dining and lounging

We had a wonderful experience! The home was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bbq made it easy to relax after rounds of golf. The hot tub was nice too! We’ll book it again for our next golf trip. Very highly recommended.

We took our three kids to this house for a long weekend. It was in a great location. We walked to the village everyday for coffee and dinner. It’s just down the street from the aquatic center. The house was nice, very clean. It had plenty of bikes for all of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend with the Kids

My mom and I took my kids to Sun River for a long weekend. This house was perfect for walking and biking into the village. My kids had plenty of room and my mom and I enjoyed the back patio. The house had cute bikes for cruising around. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
