The Space:

This spacious modern house is the perfect choice for your family's next Sunriver getaway. It has a great location near the shared SHARC amenities and is set in a gorgeous wooded area. Inside, guests will find everything you need to feel right at home, like a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and plenty of living space. Outside is a lovely patio with a private gas grill for BBQs. Of course, guests will have access to many shared amenities like tennis courts, basketball courts, a pool, and a hot tub.



What's nearby:

Guests staying at this home are less than a mile from the SHARC aquatic center, one mile from the Village at Sunriver, and one mile from the Oregon Observatory. Just a few steps from the front door, guests can enjoy access to 40 miles of walking and cycling paths that cross the town of Sunriver. Mt. Bachelor, with its year-round activities including skiing and disc golf, is only 21 miles northwest of the resort.

Home is absolutely gorgeous! Rode bikes available in garage to Benham Falls. Used Shark pass to put kayak in at marina. Used walking paths. Quiet area. Loved it.

Great family stay

This was a truly wonderful place for our family of five to stay during our time in Sunriver. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and cozy blankets. We especially loved eating all our meals out on the back patio—it was such a peaceful setting. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.There were five bikes available in the garage, all in good working condition, which was a fun bonus for exploring the area. We did run into an issue with the Wi-Fi on our first day, but the property manager went above and beyond to resolve it. He brought us a hotspot to use, which wasn’t quite as fast as traditional Wi-Fi, but it allowed us to stay connected and we truly appreciated the prompt and thoughtful response.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Awesome location in the woods!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Sun River had everything we needed and more. If there was one thing to point out or to recommend it would be the TV. Bring your own streaming device as the cable channels are limited. In the fall the sunsets early and the deer are active so we turned in early.

Quiet location with an updated home!

Lovely, one level, updated home. Located in a quiet col-de-sac with the bike path right outside the back doors. Half a mile from the SHARQ (8 passes included) & one mile from the village. Perfect for walking or riding bikes (which they have many to choose from). Every room stocked with necessities. There’s even a spare refrigerator in the garage which came in handy! Great layout, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space & storage. Loved the updated bathrooms & kitchen. We took our children & this house is definitely kid friendly. We will most definitely come back here!

Beautiful Sunriver rental

The pictures are really nice, but the house is even better than the pictures. The decor is minimal and well-done, and there is so much storage, making it easy to tuck away your belongings during your stay. Kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need to prepare meals, and the bathrooms make you feel like you are at the spa. It is a quick downhill bike ride to SHARC and just a little bit farther to the village. We enjoyed this house so much and would love to rent it again in the future.

Very comfortable house

This is a nice house with comfy beds and a really nice kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Bikes came with the house and they need to be serviced since they don't shift properly.

So Enjoyable

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was perfectly suited for our needs, was very clean, comfortable and updated. We ate all our meals on the patio and it was just amazing...the perfect amount of shade, and breeze...so peaceful. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing property...

An amazing home in an incredible location. Beautifully appointed home with everything you could possibly need for a weekend get-a-way or a week of fun with the family. This home is absolutely beautiful, on a quiet cul-de-sac but within a beautiful walk or bike ride to the SHARC or Village. We will definitely book again.

Great Nice House

We loved the house, but we were disappointed with the level of bed covers cleanness. We had to ask to get all the Linens to be washed otherwise all was great. We lost our company because people are very concerned about Covid-19. Vacasa service was very good and very responsive. I would rent it again if available but have to check on bed coverings just like any other house I rent. Experience overall was good.

Fawn Den was the PERFECT home away from home

We LOVED our stay at Fawn Den. It was the perfect escape (especially during this covid period). Lots of space and even an office (with a massage chair) for remote work. The kitchen is nice and remodeled, the beds have memory foam mattresses and the showers are heavenly. We enjoyed the back patio and grill every night. Everything was clean and incredibly well-kept. Perfect location in Sunriver too. Just removed enough from the village, but still easy biking distance for groceries. We would return in a heart beat and hope to do so. Note: This house does have central AC even though the listing does not mention it.
