The property is a newer manufacturered home, bumpy small dirt road driving in. House was clean, showers had great water pressure but honestly I was on a work trip and I just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights. The main issue is the mattresses on the beds were very poor quality the springs squeak and they are very uncomfortable so I got lousy sleep both nights I stayed there. My apprentice who slept in the other queen room also had the same experience with his bed. If the mattresses were replaced with something better I think the property would be more than adequate.

We appreciate your feedback, Koyanti. It’s great to hear that you found the house clean and enjoyed the strong water pressure in the showers. We understand how important a good night's sleep is, especially during a work trip, and we’re sorry to hear that the mattresses didn’t meet your expectations. Your comfort is a priority for us, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve the property. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope your next stay is even more restful.

Great location... if a little sparse

Property is in a lovely location, but interior is pretty empty, without a ton of amenities. A Mile in on a Dirt Road, so keep that in mind if you have a fancy pants car. Had some issues with the Electronic Lock but quickly resolved with Vacasa.

July 2025 weekend visitor

House location was perfect to access mountain biking trails nearby. We noticed one box spring was ripped up underneath in the bedroom with no screens on the windows… might have had some critters in there since house is in a very wooded area. Kitchen isn’t stocked with more than the basics. FYI to prospective visitors planning to do lots of cooking. No complaints otherwise, house was clean and had proper accommodations

Hi Corinna. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location near the mountain biking trails. We appreciate you pointing out the condition of the box spring, the lack of window screens, and the limited kitchen supplies, and we’ll pass this along to the local team for review.

Perfect location for a group wanting to golf at Bandon Dunes on the cheap. The house is very close to the links. The issues we had were the kitchen is very understocked if you’re going to cook for yourself. You’d better bring your own pots and pans as it only had the smallest pans. The pullout couches were very uncomfortable for the guys who didn’t get one of the four beds available. There weren’t enough blankets. There was no barbecue. I recommend the owners have foam pads to throw on top of the pullouts. Overall, we had an awesome time and would stay there again. Just bring our own cots and cookware/BBQ or plan on going out to eat. Can’t be the price.

Be careful!!

Pros: Nice and quiet location, for the most part it was clean, *dirty towel found behind a door* and it served it's purpose. Cons: No screens on the windows in master bedroom so when we arrived in the evening, gnats/flies were covering the ceiling, window and in the bathroom. BE CAREFUL ON THE RAMP!!!! All of us staying there slipped when wet, myself and husband both fell. PLEASE INSTALL GRIPS!! It was nice having 2 living rooms and rooms that were separated. It was a nice place to stay, just needs a couple of things fixed.
