The vacation rental (59 square meters) is a ground-floor apartment in a detached house. The separate entrance is accessed from the sidewalk (one step) through the entryway (one step). The noise from passing cars is not audible inside the vacation rental (thanks to multi-pane windows). The hot and cold water system is always on. The parking space is available to all guests free of charge. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Rooms and amenities of the vacation rental: Hallway with coat rack, mirror, and cabinet for cleaning supplies. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and diningware... Shower room (3 steps down from the kitchen) with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, and cleaning supplies. Living room with satellite TV, flat-screen TV, armchair, table, and sleeper sofa. Double bedroom (2 beds, 1 x 2 m), wardrobe, desk; single bedroom (bed 0.9 x 2 m), small wardrobe, desk. Cash payment upon arrival for the agreed rental period. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.; the vacation rental may also be occupied later. Please provide your desired arrival time by phone two days before the start of your rental period so that key pickup can be arranged; if this is not possible, please specify your arrival time as precisely as possible via email. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, or as otherwise agreed. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the vacation rental or in the entryway. Tradespeople are required to wear clean work clothes and slippers.
