Welcome to your ultimate escape in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon! This newly remodeled four-bedroom retreat is perfect for families or groups of up to ten, offering stylish comfort, thoughtful upgrades, and unbeatable access to everything Central Oregon has to offer.



As of April 2025, this home has undergone a full refresh by its new owner—including all-new furnishings, a sparkling brand-new hot tub, updated bathrooms, fresh paint, lighting, flooring, and a new washer/dryer. Every detail has been designed to elevate your stay.



Step inside to an open, spacious, and sun-filled floor plan that invites connection and relaxation. Gather around the cozy gas fireplace for movie nights or board games in the main living room, or head to the upstairs loft where there is a second living room and direct access to the balcony.



With a primary ensuite on the main floor and another upstairs, you’ll have a private retreat no matter which level you choose. The main floor master bedroom features direct access to the private patio and sparkling hot tub for your enjoyment. Additional upstairs bedrooms provide a variety of sleeping arrangements, and for those working remotely, a dedicated desk offers a convenient workspace.



The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and ample storage. Share meals at the dining table for eight, or enjoy casual bites at the high-top bar before heading out for the day’s adventures.

Everything was nice, clean, and modern. The hot tub worked and everyone enjoyed having that. This house was super nice and I’d definitely stay here again if needed. We skied at Mt Bachelor and went sledding at Wanoga Sno-Park. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were board games and smart TVs and good WiFi.

Awesome Place to stay

This house was great for our group. The main floor living area was very open and roomy. There were a few details that needed attention but nothing serious. Really enjoyed the living room and the large tv. Would go back.

Great amenities

We came up for a 6-day stay and really enjoyed the house. Check-in was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. The highlights for me were having plenty of sleeping arrangements for the family, tons of seating in the family room (I think it was all the couches and chairs available that sold me). The kitchen had everything we needed. At one point I was making pancakes on the nonstick pan wishing I had an electric griddle only to discover they also have an electric griddle. I finished the second half of the pancakes much faster than the first half (whoops. My mistake for not checking). The location within Sunriver is very convenient for everything. Close to the stores, SHARC, recycling (for checkout day), and easy access to the highway. The train runs nearby, and you can hear it, but it wasn't disturbing. We would definitely stay here again for future family trips.

Don't rent a property managed by Vacasa

The rating for this home is based upon the service provided by the Vacasa. The home itself was pretty much as advertised. There were a few minor problems but were no more than minor annoyances and did not impact the stay at the home. One of the problems was that the bicycles were not as advertised. One would not shift out of the highest gear and was only useful on flat surfaces. Another had a flat tire, and the tire could only be removed with a properly sized wrench. Even if the tire could have been removed there was no puncture repair kit at the home. The primary issue is with Vacasa and their responsiveness, level of service, and accessibility or lack thereof. An example. One of the minor problems was that the towel rack in the master bathroom was separating from the wall when we checked in. I could not reach them via phone as I was always placed on hold to wait for an agent. I never connected as I refuse to hold more than 20 minutes. I was finally able to reach them via text, but that took quite of bit of time for them to finally respond. When I did finally connect with them, they acknowledged the problem after viewing a photo I texted them and said that someone would come to fix it. No one ever showed up over our twelve-day stay. I basically found Vacasa to be not helpful, not customer oriented, and not a contributor to the stay at the facility at the home. I would not recommend renting a home managed by Vacasa. I would look for alternatives.

No hot tub

We were group of eight from different states and wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving in a warm place in Sunriver. Everything was as described except the hot tub which was very disappointing. One of the main reason we chose here to stay was hot tub to relax in a hot water while cold outside. Instead of enjoying and relaxing we dealt with calling and waiting with customer services and the maintenance company. I was told it was reported with problem before we arrived, but they didn't fix it. Finally on the last night before we left they fixed it which was too late since it took hours and hours to be warm enough. So, very disappointing :(

Nice home! Lacking adequate property management

The house is very nice and worked great for a party of 8. There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay that should have been remedied prior to our stay. First was a young child’s bike that had zero back brakes. This is a liability waiting to happen. The bike was put away asap, and the eight year old was very disappointed to not have a bike to enjoy as advertised in the listing. Also the two trash cans outside were completely full and wreaked. Vacasa was contacted and had someone come out to empty the cans. Next the air conditioning didn’t seem to be turning on. We tried calling Vacasa multiple l times on the 2nd day of our stay and couldn’t reach anyone. Finally on day 3 we reached someone who sent a very nice helpful man, but unfortunately didn’t know how to fix. Luckily someone in our party was able to solve the problem after they went outside and found the a/c control box was turned off. Once turned on we had more comfort for the last couple days of our stay. This should have been operating properly at the start of our stay as it was already mid June. Some things Vacasa can do to improve the stay of the next customer would be to replace the dirty shower curtain in the main downstairs bathroom, spray or remedy the large black ants in the kitchen, maintain the bikes in a safe operation (especially the child bikes), provide more that one ping pong ball, have two controllers for the PlayStation so multiple kids could enjoy together. The house is very nice and in a great location, but little things can and should be done better to make for a better experience. I would be very disappointed as a home owner if my property was maintained this way.

Great Spot

We really liked the house and the location. There are plenty of trails to walk or ride bikes on. The only thing was that some of the bikes weren't usable. Luckily not all of them wanted to bike at once. The twin beds were not comfortable and squeaked a lot. We enjoyed it and we would stay there again.

Great house/Location

We had a great time at the Lava Top lane 05 house. The house was spacious and well laid out. The living room area feels really large and has very comfortable couches and chairs. Our favorite parts of the house were the hot tub off the main downstairs bedroom, the PlayStation, and the ping pong table. The bikes were a great option as well, but we found a few of them were not in good operating condition and probably need some tune ups. We were able to get two bikes out for a nice ride though. This house felt really comfortable and homey, and we would definitely book again. Thank you!

This property is old and dirty

I expressly used star rating and premier property identifiers to try and eliminate a poor choice. Boy, did I step right in it. The folks that own / rent out this property surely don’t think much of their guests. Doesn’t take much to shampoo carpet or change out old linens. Ridiculous cosmetic things that wouldn’t cost much to replace, weren’t. Furniture, carpet, bed linens old and disgusting. Anyone that gave this property high marks must not think much of cleanliness. If you care about not wanting to lay in or walk on someone else’s filth do NOT aren’t this property. If that doesn’t matter to you, then rent it. The one thing the property had going for it? It was well stocked. That’s it folks! The propane tank was even empty. But they at least showed up quickly to replace it. Thank Jesus for that. I don’t see myself EVER renting any properties managed by this particular company if they let people pay money for crap like that.

Great Home for Family Vacation !!

We loved the 3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 bathrooms, the extra family room upstairs was very nice also. We loved your kitchen lay out, room for everyone. A great BBQ out on the deck, we used it almost every night we were there. What we ALL loved the best, I think, was the very large and roomy living room with nice TV and DVD player. Also the dining room was very large, room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and extra bowls for serving and pots for cooking. Really felt at home in Your Home, Also the Hot Tub was Great ...... The ONLY thing missing was an umbrella for the outside table. Thank You So Much !!!

Great Rental

This house was just as advertised. Location is amazing and has such easy access. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to cook in for a group of 7. Beds were comfortable and the a/c kept the house a perfect temp in crazy heat. I would love to see a little upgrade in outdoor furniture but otherwise, great house for our group.

Great Location

Loved the location of the home and the four bedrooms with 3 baths. A good setup for 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Lots of board games and movies as well. Plenty to keep you busy when the temperature outside hits 104 degrees.

Great for family reunions

A very convenient home for family gatherings. Comfortable and roomy for up to 7 or 8. Upstairs and downstairs gathering areas work well. Nice TV but awkward remote. A couple chairs were broken. Very nice hot tub. The barbecue is rusty and unusable. The patio is too small and needs some shade. But, this home has what it takes for us to come back next year. It would be great if these things were upgraded.

This house was perfect for our girl's trip. The weather in Bend in the summertime is beautiful and the house was comfortable and large. The walk into Sunriver village is really nice and there are great amenities nearby. Definitely recommend for your next group trip!

Great family house

We stayed here over a long weekend with our two elementary age daughters. The house was great - so many activities for all ages. We really loved the darts and ping pong, as well as the video games and movie selection. And of course the hot tub! The kitchen is large and really well stocked - I baked a birthday cake here! We also loved the proximity to the great trails throughout Sunriver and the pretty forested views out all of the windows. The only thing I did not love, and it’s very minor overall, is that there’s no real “master bath.” There are two good sized rooms with attached bathrooms, but they are both quite small - one sink, minimal counter space, toilet in the same room bathrooms. This was not a deal breaker although I usually like more luxurious and spacious master suites. With how lovely the rest of the house was, and with all the amenities, we would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

This property proved to be much more cozy than expected. Something about it made it very comfortable. We'd go back.
