The Space:

Featuring access to all the amenities of SHARC (eight passes included) like shared pools, a hot tub, and sports courts, plus peaceful wooded views in a convenient location, this house is perfect for a family or group of friends.



Located at the southern end of Sunriver, this house is a quick bike ride from the Village and Meadows Golf Course. Inflate your floaties and walk down to Harper Bridge to float the river, take a guided rafting tour, or go skiing on Mt Bachelor just 23 miles away - fun in all seasons!



Take the bikes out for a spin on a sunny day or cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace to escape the snow. The deck and gas grill are great for entertaining during summer while a CD player, three flat screen cable TVs, a DVD player and movie library, and Netflix streaming via free WiFi set you up for nightly entertainment.

Wi-Fi did not work-hot spot helped occasionally; the 3 small fans were not efficient enough to cool house down during early evening-( yes house did cool off arnd 1am)Grill was rusty, no way to clean it; carpets dirty -we took our shoes off but wore socks (they got dirty) ; also kids were playing & one of them crawled under the bed -gross! The tracks of the sliders were filthy Guest book needs to be updated w/the recent management Co name / contact number.

There is no air-conditioning at this house! The entire time we were there it was 85 to 90. I Want to make it clear, this is a home in the desert in the summer and you do not have air conditioning? The first day we got there, we checked in, we went to the thermostat and it said, and there was a sticky note that says this house has no air-conditioning. I reached out to property management. They responded and said they are so sorry, they will look into this. They said they would escalate it. Great. A little bit later they came back and said they were going to see what they could do about moving us to another property. They understand that that is not safe to be in a home that has no air-conditioning at that temperature. Great. Then it went quiet for a while. I finally reached out again because it was getting closer to bedtime. They said they looked at the listing and it was accurately described. They said if the house would have air-conditioning, it would be listed in amenities. And amenity? Again, you are renting a home in the desert in the summer and we are going to consider air-conditioning and amenity? That would be like listing this house has power. This house has water. Isn’t that just assumed? So for the record, they did nothing. I have every text message back-and-forth with this property management company starting with we are so sorry. Let’s see what we can do and ending with. Sorry about your luck. You guys can leave, but we cannot promise refunding you. Nice.
