Expect to decompress and completely relax with a stay at this beautiful vacation rental! You'll love being located near the mouth of the Umpqua River, where salt water meets fresh water, and waterfront restaurants and other tourist attractions are just a short walk away.



Prepare your favorite recipes in one of two well-equipped, full kitchens, while the gas grill offers a fun option for adding a little spice to your home-cooked menu. Both kitchens also offer counter seating for casual dining. After meals, settle into the living areas to stream your favorite channels, play a few of the provided board games, or head out to the yard and warm up around the fire bowl.

So well appointed, really comfortable, love the lay out! The kitchen had absolutely everything you need, so nice! Beds were really comfortable, nice linens and towels.A few blocks to harbor, restaurants, little shops, local bar - perfect!Absolutely will stay here again, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The main house had a kind of musty smell but both houses were clean and over all we were happy. The codes we received didnt open the door but there were lock boxes with keys, and those worked fine. I think the description should include the fact that the main house has 2 bedrooms, and a separate home (above the garage) has 1 bedroom but is completely separate from the main home. It didnt affect us, as our 2 kids are 17 but if you had little kids, you wouldn't want to leave them in a house by themselves.
