The Space:

Walkable convenience in the heart of Long Beach is yours at this all-new cottage! Completed in 2022, this retreat offers prime coastal living and all the modern comforts of home. Make the most of the outdoors with morning coffee on the covered front porch and afternoon cookouts using the gas grill on the covered back deck. The yard is also fenced for safe all-day play. There is a security camera that covers the parking area for the safety of our guests.



The bright, single-level interior comes well-appointed with stylish design and updated furnishings throughout. Plan at-home meals easily in the stainless steel full kitchen and dine together at the table set for six. The living area sets the stage for casual downtime with a cozy gas fireplace, plush seating, a smart TV, and a collection of board games for added family fun. The bedrooms also come equipped with a smart TV for guest convenience.



Home essentials include thermostat-controlled space heaters in each room, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.



THINGS TO KNOW

EV charger is located on the front porch on the northeast corner. Please bring your own charging cord. (240 volt, 50 amp, straight)

The house was really cute, and set up perfectly. The hot tub was really wonderful under the stars, good location. Beds are more on the firm side, but we slept good anyway. Highly Recommend this home, it was really fun.

This is a very cute property, clean, well designed. I was surprised that for the cost the white towels were no longer white (maybe blue ones would last longer without looking dirty) and bowls, plates were chipped. Small improvements would make a big difference.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable time at this cottage. The amenities were great and the place was so welcoming. Loved the hot tub and fenced in yard for the pups. Neighbor was very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet (off season). Would definitely stay again!

The property location was excellent. I rated the property low in cleanliness because there was mold on the window sills, spider webs, and dog hair, inches of dust, socks, phone charger…all under the bed. The towels are dingy and furniture breaking down with stains. For the price per night, it should be in better condition. Renters should also know the chickens next door will wake you around 4am every day. Supplies were also limited. One dishwasher pod for a four day stay. Based on the dirt we didn’t end up cooking. The coffee maker didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. Overall disappointing for the price paid.

The house was very welcoming to come in to. Minutes from the town center and also in walking distance from a nice pub and bakery. Couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s very quiet and quaint. Loved our stay!

Perfect size and a nice quiet location. Short walk to beach. We had to drive to town, but that was just fine. We enjoyed having the Tavern, Bakery & Small mini mart store right next door.
