The property itself was nice and had a lot of potential, although it could use some updates, particularly with the dryer and bathrooms.During our stay, we contacted the property management team about a few issues. The listing highlights the private pool and “spa,” but the spa is not heated unless you pay an additional 98 per day. While I recognize that I overlooked this detail when booking, I feel this should have been clearly communicated in the first response from property management rather than being mentioned in the final message on the last day of our stay.Although the management team responded quickly, the responses were often generic and didn’t fully address our concerns. Unfortunately, the miscommunication surrounding some of these issues made it difficult for us to give the property the rating we feel it could otherwise deserve.The guest book was also concerning, as it appeared that we were not the first guests to experience some of these issues. With better communication, transparency, and attention to recurring concerns, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

While the spa heating fee is noted in the listing, we understand how receiving that information only at the end of the stay could feel frustrating. Great access to the beach!!! And our kids got so much use from the pool when we weren’t at the beach! Very family friendly!
