The Space:

With walk-out beach access and first-rate amenities, this Hilton Head condo is the ultimate getaway. Whether you enjoy swimming, playing tennis, shooting hoops, or just relaxing on the warm sand, this condo has you covered.



This villa, part of the Island Club community, is surrounded by lush vegetation on one side and the roar of the ocean on the other, making it feel both secluded while still being close to everything. Manicured walkways around the club allow quick access to its many activities, and you're just a quick drive to Hilton Head Island's numerous attractions. Guests of the Island Club can relax in one of the shared pools or hot tub after working up a sweat at the state-of- the-art fitness center.



You'll immediately feel at home here with an open kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom cabinets, and modern appliances. In the living area, you'll find ample seating, a pull-out sleeper, a 40-inch flatscreen TV, and a patio with distant ocean views. The primary bedroom has patio access and features a private bath, a flatscreen TV, and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with access to the hallway bathroom, and all areas of the condo feature free WiFi access.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Perfect place for a beach getaway.

We loved this condo. It had all the amenities we wanted. Plenty of storage. Beds were comfortable. So close to the beach…3 minute walk to ramp (no stairs!) onto the beach. Anything you may need to cook. Elevators! Will definitely stay here again.

Covid Getaway

This home is in a great location very close to the beach. We had a few challenges at the beginning of our trip, but nothing major. There were only 6 of us, so we had plenty of space.

Perfect family condo

This condo had the perfect location for my family. The playground and ocean are steps away, and there is fishing available for older children and adults. The pool was clean, warm, and perfectly accommodating. The master bed was comfortable and everything in the condo was spacious. Price point was extremely fair!! Thank you! First time in Hilton Head and we will be back!

Great location

We have stayed in many units at the Island Club and this condo had a nice location on the corner, with a great view of the ocean! The unit was clean and living space was nice and updated. The bathrooms could use an update but overall the condo was well kept compared to others we have stayed in. We notified Vacasa that there was an issue in the guest room closet regarding the shelves but didn't hear back after the initial response. Thanks for a great visit!

Cheery Home to Relax

I stayed with a friend while renovating our own new island home. The rooms were bright and cheerful. Pillows and beds were clean & comfortable. We only ate one meal in the unit but dishes were all in good shape and perfectly useful. Bathrooms bright and clean. View of the ocean was lovely, especially in the morning. Excellent beach access with foot wash right outside the complex (very close to this unit). Children's playground looked fun if you have kids. All correspondence for the rental was quick and easy. Unit does come with coffee filters and hairdryers! (I had asked and the rental company didn't know). Log in codes, check in and check out was one click on my cell phone - so super easy. Good for a quick stay or family who wants more space than at a hotel.

Perfect location

This property was located in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean views/easy walk to the beach, cornhole, ladder ball, tether ball, swings, and a playground all were very close. The property itself was very nice and clean. It had everything we could ask for!!

Awesome place

The unit and the views are great. The beach and surrounding areas didn't feel over commercialized, it felt quaint and relaxing. The complex is very family friendly. The grounds of the complex are immaculate. My only issue was the bed was too firm for me, that is my issue. It didn't take away from the experience. My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back.

Best location!

We love staying at Island Club, it’s our 5th year. The villa is in great condition, clean, well maintained, everything we needed was there. Location is the best! The only one minor issue I saw, wheels in dishwasher aren’t set up properly, the lower dishwasher cargo is falling when in and out. Everything else is amazing! Kids playground, right on the beach.

Great condo and location

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything, including beach chairs and beach toys. Everything worked. 2nd floor is ideal for social distancing as it’s easy to take the stairs. 30 second walk to beach. Parking was easy and bike rentals/tennis available. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great condo

This condo is perfect for a family. It is located on the second floor next to the stairwell and super close to the beach access for the complex. We easily went back and forth from the beach to condo throughout the day. Lots of beach toys for the kids and the beach itself was not crowded-although like other reviews stated, it seemed that the beach was much more crowded in complexes above and below Island Club. There is a marvelous sand bar at the North tip of the island. Make sure to rent bikes and make the ride up there. You won’t regret it. The condo complex is quiet and well maintained. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Sun, Sand, and Family

Island Club is a nice facility. It's apartment style rooms (ours was 2 bedroom, 2 bath and could sleep 7) with all the amenities you need for an extended stay. We had an ocean view and lived with the slider opened to hear the ocean! Stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and a couple of community grills. Island Club has a nice play area for kids, a beautiful beach that less populated than the southern portion of the coast. Close to restaurants and entertainment, gas and groceries, it's in a great location. We'll definitely be back!
