Enjoy golf course views, beachy vibes, and a taste of the island lifestyle at this perfect condo just waiting for your next family vacation to Hilton Head. Step inside and you will immediately be greeted by the open living area flooded with natural light and a full kitchen to prepare any recipe with ease after a day spent on the sugar-white sand nearby. When days heat up a bit, be sure to bring your favorite bathing suit along, as a shared pool awaits on-site to kick back with a good book in hand or watch the kids play Marco Polo all afternoon. Shipyard Golf Club will also allow the golfers of the group to play a round of 18 in no time. Any downtime spent indoors will be a blast as well with free high-speed internet and multiple flatscreen TVs to stream your favorite movies and shows with ease as the sun goes down.



Though there are limitless opportunities for fun at your fingertips, venture out and you can be at the beach in mere minutes with Shipyard Beach Access a half-mile away and a wide variety of local restaurants a mile-and-a-half north. If you want a taste of the hustle and bustle of the island, make your way to Coligny Beach Park (two miles) and you will find dining, shopping, and beach rentals that will fill the day with family adventures. Not to mention, an extensive biking and walking path system is spread out throughout the island, so rent a few bikes and catch a glimpse of all the best attractions while cruising in the sunshine.

Cousin's reunion

My family met this past weekend and stayed in this nice property. It appears to have been updated in recent years. The location is great and it was perfect for my group. I like having one bedroom suite on the first floor and two upstairs. Thanks so much for a fun stay!

Condo needs a deep cleaning. Lots of dust on trim work, blinds, lights. Shower walls dirty too upon arrival

Tennis Escape

The only issue was my roommates receiving citations so fast. One ticket for walking around the complex and another one for an expired pass. One is exhausted after a long drive, give me a break on getting everyone the pass.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Set up was great for a set of grandparents, parents, and two college age kids. Grill and toaster oven need to be replaced. Would come back!

Fantastic trip

We had a fantastic vacation and found 106 The Greens to be a comfortable, well stocked and convenient unit. Our family had a great time and made so many new memories. Recommend a more comfortable sofa in the living room and a king size bed upstairs. Pleasantly surprised to find two double beds in 3rd bedroom. We’ll be back!

Nice week

Overall property was as advertised. Great deck, nice upgrades to master bath. It did not have anything extra that we have been used to with VRBO- paper, pen, matches, salt, pepper, map of area or list of amenities. No info on trash collection dates etc. The dishes and glassware were newer but utensils , pots and pans low quality. Also, beach access is Sonesta resort even with Port o all gate so close.

Great place & Location

Great place and great location. Sat on the deck every night and enjoyed a cocktail while watching the golfers putt. Walked and biked to beach which was really close and easy. But, most important….. the master bedroom bed was REALLY COMFORTABLE.

Perfect location

Good location, walking distance to the beach. Nice condo, a bit dated. Compared with other rentals we had, this one had no spices, no extra toilet paper and paper towels. Area condo is located is absolutely beautiful. Gated community part of Shipyard plantation. Pool was also close. Nobody provided us lock code for restrooms which I thoughtwas supposedto be part of the welcome package along with details on what else was available as we wanted to play tennis also, just to find out that we had to reserve a court to do that.

Beach stay

Great location and easy to locate the beach. I didn’t get to use the pool though maybe next time. Will definitely try and book again.
