The Space:

Located in the bustling S. Forest Beach section of the island, Shorewood 219 is in close proximity to a number of attractions, including golf courses, tennis courts, tennis academies, fishing lagoons, and marinas. You’ll also find many dining establishments nearby and the heated pool is a great place to relax after a long day at the links.



The interior is every bit as attractive as the exterior, and you’ll find polished wood floors, comfortable couches, your own patio area, marble countertops, and modern appliances upon your arrival. This condo also offers basic cable, free WiFi, and local/national phone service, so you’ll be able to get and to stay connected.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Shorewood is a great community. The pool was great for younger kids and the beach access was essential for our stay.

The Shorewood itself is a great place to vacation. Great pool, easy beach access and very close to Coligny. The room we stayed in this visit was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Great property and location

Absolutely stunning property, located on the beach and close to everything. Property was clean and well stocked, even pleasantly surprised to find complimentary laundry soap and dishwasher tabs. Gated entry also made us feel more secure. We will plan on staying here every year.

Perfect For Families

The whole property is perfect for families. From the seconds walk to the pool, to a mere 100 feet to the ocean. The house was also perfect. Spacious rooms, bathrooms set up for family's and entertainment for the unfortunate rainy beach day. We will be back!!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, spacious and very convenient. The condo was quiet and very well located - walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Great pool. Overall an outstanding week at Shorewood.

Wonderful condo !

My husband and I had a great week in this beautifully furnished condo supplied with anything you could possibly need. I loved having both the pool and the beach literally right outside our door. Others have commented on the beds being hard, but we both slept great and thought the beds were very comfortable. We recommend this condo for a great vacation.

Perfection!!

We recently stayed at shorewood 219 and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean, comfortable, and everything that we wanted in a vacation rental. It was just steps from the pool and ocean and close to Coligny Plaza. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Great location!

This property is in an excellent location. The ground floor patio is steps from the pool, which is huge with lots of tables and chairs. It is super close to the ocean with a nice walkway. While the interior decor is okay, it could use some updating of appliances, paint, bathroom fixtures, etc. We've stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.

Love the location of this condo. It’s a quick walk to the pool, beach and to Coligny shops and restaurants. The tv is large. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is adequate and has an attached laundry room. The bedrooms are roomy with comfortable beds.
