We have been going to Hilton Head Resort for many years. First time in this unit in building #1. Due to no fault of owner of unit, once again the elevator in bldg #1 was out of order. HHR is an older reaort and this continues to be an issue. If you can get past this possibility, I highly recommend this unit.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the unit and would recommend it despite the ongoing elevator issues in Building 1. We appreciate your understanding that the elevator situation is outside the owner’s control, and we hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head Resort again! 😊

Unit was clean and as described. The view is amazing. Get to catch the sunrise from the patio or master bedroom. Everything seemed to be in working order. Only negatives we ran into were not in the control of of the host. Indoor pool/hot tub wasnt the cleanest, the shuttle wasnt running most of the time and the elevator in our building kept going down. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again:)

気になった点 : ロケーション
Very well equipped and maintained apartment but management could be more helpful. It’s very automated so no human help such as availability for a late checkout or early Checkin (As you need to be gone early and can only Checkin late). Also no warning from management that an elevator was broken which made access to the 4th floor very difficult - esp checking in and out with two babies.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Pool was beautiful and not too crowded. Nice little boardwalk over to the beach where we played some volleyball. Got to see some wildlife while drinking coffee on the deck in the early mornings. Thanks for it all.
