The Space:

Welcome to the exciting and beautiful Hilton Head Island, where this lovely villa awaits to give you and your loved ones the vacation of a lifetime. Conveniently located in the private gated community of Shipyard Plantation, this villa offers something for everyone while overlooking the lagoon and the #7 hole of The Clipper Golf Course. Shipyard Plantation offers a Beach Club with beach access, three golf courses, and 12 miles of leisure trails for biking and hiking, making for a tranquil and peaceful getaway. In your downtime, lounge about the glittering pool on-site or indulge in some friendly competition on the tennis and pickleball courts.



Inside, you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the fireplace, or watching your favorite shows on the large TV in the living room area. The private balcony makes for the best place to drink your morning coffee as the sun rises through the Spanish-mossed trees. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated working space is available with a chair and desk for remote work. With two beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a private balcony entrance, a TV for private viewing, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite also includes its own bathroom.

Space and Quiet!

This property had great space!! It was roomy, open, and up to date! Multiple balconies let us enjoy the quiet and peace surrounded by nature while only being 5 minutes from Coligny Beach and all of the hustle bustle. This is a great spot and I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

Nice Place to Visit

Clean and freshly remodeled. Ideal location. Quiet community. Great layout in townhouse. Well stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels, blankets, etc. Vacasa was great to rent through. Much easier than many other rental companies I’ve rented from in the past. Would stay in same townhouse if available on my next trip.

Nice Shipyard location

Nicely furnished condo in peaceful Shipyard neighborhood. Always fun to sit on the back deck and watch golfers along with the gators and turtles. This property has been partially updated - kitchen, living room and master BR are all up to date and very comfortable. The guest BR/bath is functional but could use updating. Overall a nice spot for a family trip, we've stayed twice and would do so again.

Stay again

The property was as listed. It was clean and ready for us. It would have been nice to have a discount when we decided to stay an extra day because of the Tropical Storm. Also, a Keurig would be nice. Overall, everything was fine and I would stay there again.

The biggest struggle here is that this was not a traditional Vrbo experience like I have had in the past. It is 100% outsourced. This means - auto generated AI messages, 2 hour responses to questions, a lack of detailed information- etc. examples- the directions said pool info would be inside the main door. It was not. I messaged. 2 hours later a response comes in with vague info. We also had a/c problems. They attempted to fix- but said it would be the next day- when it was our last day - just missing the personal touches. Also- no trash bags available after the first one ran out. And, “pool access “ means a 7-minute drive to where you might have a chance at parking. The space itself is great for the price. The lower level is awesome. The bathrooms need renovation. All showers and bedrooms are on the second floor. That was not an issue for us- but it was not listed and I could see it being an issue for another family.
