This rental is a gorgeous, recently updated villa located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation. This beautifully decorated getaway features stunning views of the lagoons and native wildlife as well as an open concept floor plan, comfortable seating, a wet bar, and a flatscreen TV. The dining area offers seating for six and access out to the private patio.



Guests of this rental will enjoy access to a shared pool and lighted tennis courts during their stay.

Location was the best attribute - close walk to the pool, right around the corner. Having a parking pass to park near the beach access was really great to have. Overall I give it a 4 star because of location.

An excellent vacation location.

A nice place to stay. On the golf course with a wooded backyard. Condo was comfortable with all the amenities. Nice swimming pool and tennis Courts across the private road.
