The well-equipped full kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar and flows seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six—ideal for gathering after a day in the sun. Unwind in the expansive living room or step out to the screened-in, furnished porch—an exclusive feature and the only one of its kind in the Hickory Cove community—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening breeze. Guests will also enjoy a gas grill and access to a shared on-site pool.

Located along the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, you’ll be close to golf, tennis, fishing, and miles of scenic biking and walking trails. About five miles away, Coligny Plaza Shopping Center offers a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Nature lovers can explore the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, known for its trails, boat tours, and archaeological sites. Excellent Stay Close to Beach

We really enjoyed this condo. The screen porch was great and the condo was very clean and well stocked. We also loved the short walk to the beach as compared to most places on HHI.

The perfect place!

We loved everything about this condo! The pool and beach were a hit for our kids. It also had everything we needed, including enough toilet paper and paper towels for a family of six. Palmetto Dunes is also a beautiful resort and has been our favorite place to stay on the island.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time. Property was very clean and neat. The neighborhood was very family friendly and the beach was great- our access was not crowded at all. The back porch was wonderful for the kids. We will be back!

Bring the beach to your livingroom

Hickory Cove was an absolute delight! The home is decorated in appropriate beach theme with plenty of space for everyone. This unit sleeps 9 so it was perfect for our family of 7. Walking distance to the beach was an added bonus as was the community pool just a short walk out the front door. Hickory Cove did not disappoint and we would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

great proximity to beach

Best part about the property - location. This was what I was looking for. It was just a short stroll to the beach carrying umbrella and chairs...not huffing long distances with all the beach essentials. It was also a quick walk to the general store and pickle ball courts. The property was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the extra space in the screened porch. Would definitely go back!

Great condo - great location in Palmetto Dunes

I took my 2 teen daughters and 2 of their friends for a graduation trip. This condo was perfect for 5 people and would have easily fit 6. We all loved the quiet screen in porch off the back. It made rainy days feel special. the door between the living room/kitchen is so helpful early in the morning and late in the evening. The full laundry is always a bonus at the beach. The large front porch was helpful to keep our beach gear out of the rain. The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minutes or less depending on how much you are carrying and the closest beach access is bike friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Great location at 5 Haul Away, #8

We couldn’t have been happier with the villa. It’s location with easy walking distance to the Beach, beautiful pool and nicely decorated unit. Only suggestion is to provide beach towels, chairs and access to the two bikes that were locked up on the front porch. (Perhaps at an additional cost) Traveling from CA, it would have been nice to have access to these. We had a terrific stay and hope to return again next year!!

Lovely furnishings but sparse on necessities. No dishrags, towels in kitchen to clean up with.
