- Street parking ONLY
- All vehicles must be parked in the same direction as the flow of traffic
- The alley located alongside the property is not part of the premises

- Driving through or using the alley for access
- Driving or operating a vehicle on the lawn/grass
- Guests are responsible for any damage to landscaping caused by vehicles
