GOOD TO KNOW
• This home welcomes dogs only. A $100 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking; undisclosed or non-compliant pets may incur a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may incur a $250 cleaning fee.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; longer stays may require replenishment.
• Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Approved early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hourly fees.
• Unapproved late check-out may incur a $50 fee.
• Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Hidden Gem

This 2 Bedroom house was our temporary home after being displaced by the tornado. It meet all our needs: clean, comfortable furniture and beds, great shower, and yard for our dog.

Older home that was updated very nicely, although there were some obvious issues such as water damage in both closets and a baseboard by the back door that was just sat in place. Those things didn't bother us. They were pet-friendly which is a priority for us, however, the chainlink fence in the back is short and the neighbors all have pets so we were not able to just let our dog play in the yard sadly. Also, lawn maintence was performed Saturday morning without notice so don't just let pets out without checking. The motion sensor on the back door is a nice touch, but the basement feels eerie and there is no way to lock that door. The bed in the guest room is horrible - possibly missing slats underneath but it slopes towards the head and into the middle of the bed. Overall we would stay again given the price and location.
