Our family really enjoyed our stay! It wasn’t too far from beach and having golf cart really helped. We had a great time and everything was as expected.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. Everything was clean and the rainfall shower was perfect. I love the fact that there were beach chairs and an umbrella that we could use. The golf cart was an awesome gift, too! We would love to come back in the future.

Our biggest problem was multiple window units for AC. We couldn’t figure out why there was 4. Then, the rain was so bad one night water flooded into the windows from the units. There was also a smell like cigarette smoke. The property is very nice just almost not cleaned before we arrived.

Bless your heart! Yes this is a non-smoking unit. We have replaced the entire AC system here after a challenging end-of-Summer where we had to bring in the portable AC units. We sent the crew back while you were here with air freshener and I am so sorry if anyone smoked. That is not allowed here. Pinkie:)))

The house was clean and just a short walk from the Ice Cream shop which we all loved! The bottom floor is the first bedroom and there are two flights of stairs in the place, so that is something to be aware of if renting with kiddos. The front door could use a child lock high on the door for peace of mind. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a super comfortable bed and wonderful rain shower. The smoke alarm goes off when cooking in the kitchen but we only cooked a few times. The golf cart really is what makes this place awesome. Gets you to the beach and to the pool easily! We would rent here again!

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and nice. The walls and stairs need attention due to wear and the downstairs bedroom has a funky smell. Otherwise worth it

I hate writing a bad review- but when we arrived the rental had the air conditioning out and it was 96 degrees in the unit. A nightmare after driving for 8 hours with 3 kids under 10. Pinky told us they knew nothing of the issue- meanwhile the ac guys told us they've been working on it for a while. Long story short, it never got fixed over the 7 nights we stayed. They did put in 4 window units which at most brought the unit to mid 80s at the least- (and that's with 2 huge fans we went and bought) we were comped 2 nights after my husband fought the management company and told us if we wanted a full refund to leave. (we had no place to go) so we settled for 50% off. Still paying a lot. We turned the page and moved on all things considered, then one day I brought my 2 year old daughter in from the beach- stripped her down to change her for her nap only to walk into a man working in my bedroom on the ac - no one notified us at all. Still, never got the ac fixed. The place was nice, golf cart was nice but our only other complaint- again with the management company is we stayed for 7 nights, they left us literally 2 trash bags, 2 detergents... we had to do a lot of shopping. Again, the house is cute, love the neighborhood, but it was kind of a rough trip.

We had a wonderful time the property has plenty of beach chairs and it came with a golf cart that helped me get everything to the beach and back. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and wash clothes. I did cook at the condo a good bit the only small complaint was the fire alarm kept going off and the upstairs bedroom was warm for my liking but other than that it was absolutely perfect! The pool was super close to our condo and we loved the ice cream place that was next to us! Thank you for a wonderful time! We would come back!
